I was very pleased with my stay here. The accommodation was comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. The rooms were a bit old-fashioned, but they were cleaned very well every day, and the air conditioning worked wonders even on the top floor.

The food was of high quality — not always the most varied — but every lunch and dinner came with an outdoor cooked surprise in addition to the inside buffet, which was a great touch. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. The gym, however, was small, damp, and not well equipped — definitely an area that could be improved. Thankfully, there is also a calisthenics station nearby which helps make up for it.

The private beach was a cool addition, although the swimming section felt a little narrow and crowded. Less than 100 meters away, though, you can find more open space to lay a towel and enjoy the sea. The location is very convenient too, with a bus stop (lines 1 and 101) close by that takes you directly to Alanya center for 40 lira. Just be careful with the traffic, as drivers rarely stop. Overall, considering the price, the quality of service, food, and amenities, this was an excellent stay and I would gladly return!

Without mentioning or asking for anything out of their own,the reception manager sent over a soothing warm drink to help my wife feel better.

The kids loved the pool facilities as well as the extra activities they had to offer for the children.

Got food poisoning from the buffet and couldn’t leave the bed for two days.
Two of the male staff asked me out on a date and when declined got mad and pretended not to see me for the rest of my stay.

A wonderfully presented hotel. Aesthetically pleasing, with black exterior and uniform balconies all around, and a spacious, clean, welcoming interior. Inside, both the large spiral staircase, and the lifts (elevators) were easily accessible. The rooms were average, no different from most other hotels. All rooms had a balcony and bathroom stocked with soap, wash, shampoo and towels. Disposable slippers and kettle/tea making facilities were available in the room but you could also access the coffee machine in the lobby and the tea/coffee making facilities in the dining area. Lovely location, our balcony overlooked the street, with the beach on the left and mountains on the right. There is a hotel pool with slide, and a separate smaller pool (40cm deep) for babies and little ones. There is a bar by the pool serving free drinks as well as snacks at certain times of the day (fries, nuggets, burgers). The hotel, including rooms and elevators are cleaned all the time so the hotel is clean, tidy and pleasant. You can ask for a large bottle of water from reception or also ask the cleaner when she comes around to ask for cleaning.Also a 5 minute walk away from the beach, where Kaila also have their own area with sund beds. ALL aspects of the hotel are wonderful, especially the attentive and kind staff (chefs, servers, cleaners, management). The only negative was the food which only seems to cater for the majority russian/german/Polish community that stays at the hotel. It was very bland and didn't cater to my taste buds at all. World cuisine would be better. I was happy to see they at least had pasta but that was always lukewarm, and just plain salted with a sauce that tasted like cheap tinned tomatoes without additional seasoning.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean and serviced daily. The hotel service is top-notch, with everyone smiling and very helpful. They are friendly and know how to connect with everyone. The food is delicious; in addition to the general buffet, a grilled dish is served every day for dinner, something different every day.
