Nice family and kids friendly hotel. Staff is great and they make you have a smooth and comfortable holiday. All the staff is really working hard from the beginning of the day till late night. Our kids were also very happy at the Kids Club. They really liked the staff in there who were all very kind and friendly. They had great time in there and we were very pleased with that service.

Sea and beach is nice and calm. Pools are very well maintained. Food around the beach and pools are really high quality and waiting times are very short even during the rush hours of lunch. Restaurant food is fresh and good quality but sometimes it might be very repetitive i.e. same dishes few days in a row but this does not mean they were not delicious or inedible.

Room service is also very good and they are very responsive. They reacted very quick to all our requests. Every day fresh linens and towels, as well as neatly cleaned floors and walls were really nice to see. My mother-in-law got cold and hotel management helped us to get medicine from a pharmacy outside. They even sent a card wishing “get well soon” with a fruit table. It was a really nice gesture and made our day.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our time at Juju.  We would like to thank all the people working there giving us a great time. Hope to see you all again.

We keep coming back to Juju Premier Palace and honestly the main reason is how quiet the rooms are. If you have young kids like we do, you know how important it is to get them down for a nap or bedtime without a bunch of noise around, and this place delivers. Such a relief compared to other resorts we’ve tried.

The kids’ facilities are decent too, both an indoor and outdoor playground, and the staff do get involved with the kids and run some activities.

Food was a real highlight, lots of variety and everything was good quality.

Staff were helpful and friendly overall, just a couple of exceptions here and there but nothing that really affected our stay.

One thing worth knowing before you go, anything outside the all inclusive package (shops, photos, kids’ rides and games, etc) gets pretty expensive. Just something to budget for if you plan on using any of that.

All in all we had a great time and will definitely be back!

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant, and we would like to share our experience.

Location and Territory
The hotel is in an excellent location, nestled between beautiful mountains and the sea. The territory is spacious, green, and well maintained. The surroundings are clean and peaceful, creating an ideal environment for a relaxing holiday. Access to the beach is convenient, and the beach itself is beautiful and enjoyable. There were plenty of sunbeds available, and the seabed is partially sandy, making it comfortable to enter the water.
The hotel also features a large pool area and a well-equipped indoor spa with various options, including yoga programs, which add extra value to the stay.

Cleanliness
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good, and the common areas were tidy and well maintained.

Food
The selection of food is wide and varied. Everyone can find something to suit their taste, and the overall impression of the food was positive.

Service
The service was very good – the waiters were polite and attentive, clearing tables promptly. The hotel staff in general were friendly and always willing to help.

Entertainment (Animation)
We especially enjoyed the hotel’s entertainment program. In particular, we would like to highlight the darts activity led by Sergio – it was fun, engaging, and became one of our favorite daily activities.
There were also opportunities to stay active, as the hotel offered various sports and fitness activities in addition to the entertainment program.

Water Sports
The water sports center on the beach offers various activities for an additional fee. We had the opportunity to rent a jet car and take a boat trip on the sea. The team was very friendly, and the beautiful photos taken during the trip will remain a great memory of our vacation.

Notes
The only downside was that during our stay (late April / early May), the à la carte restaurants were closed, and the evening show programs were not yet fully operating.
