We have stayed in this hotel in October 2025 for 12 days, family of 2 adults and 2 kids. I would say the hotel is medium and would give a score of 6/10. Below are some observations that we've made:
1. Bakery very bad. Desserts have no taste and coffee pre made from a jug (not from a coffee machine straight away)
2. Turkish personnel from the hotel not very friendly, including lady making the coffee at the bakery.
3. If you have a small child that needs to sleep in the pram during the day, expect that there will be a lot of noise around. During the day, there are mini cars carrying food/boxes etc around and are very noisy(not electrical)
Also , workers are carrying trays around all day making sooo much noise. Impossible for a baby to sleep.
4. Workers do not know english very well, mostly russian. And expect that 97% of people in the hotel will be Russians who will speak loudly, throw parties with loud music everywhere.
5. Very slow WiFi
6. Workers sweep the beach while people are relaxing there during the day. Also, for four days, an excavator was on the beach, which I don't think is normal while people are relaxing.
Another aspect again is that while you are trying to walk with the pram, evening time, there are cars driving on the footpath.
7. Really big rocks when entering water. Need special shoes.
Nice things remarked:
- Guzleme really nice.
- There is a coffee shop with good coffee, even though croissants are not good.
-The view is amazing.

We were for the second time here to celebrate our marriage on the 5 th of November and we plan to come back the next year, too.
Great hotel, very clean, good food, great personnel, especially Karl, a kind, energetic, funny and extremely emotional entertainer, who made our stay here more pleasant. We appreciated a lot the Vegan corner, the vitamin bar, the music, the warm outdoor swimmingpool, the sauna, the massages, the aqua park, the activities (shooting, yoga, beach volleyball, the club). We look forward to come back.

Rooms are great and very spacious but there was slight damp smell when we entered the room because the extractor fan wasn’t working properly.

Entertainment has been endless and the staff put a lot of effort into their productions. It’s great to see people put so much effort in each night.

Great location and convenient having the pool and and beach in one space.

I had an amazing stay at Juju Premier Hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the group of animators — they were full of energy, always smiling, and made every activity fun and engaging. From morning workouts to evening shows, they kept the atmosphere lively and exciting. Perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking to have a good time. Highly recommended!

The animation was top-notch - the children were delighted with the programs, games and mini-disco. There were also interesting events for adults, but at the same time you could always find a quiet place to relax. The beach is clean, the sea is transparent, there are enough sun loungers for everyone.

First of all, I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Yaroslava, the Guest Relations Manager, who truly made our stay unforgettable. Yaroslava arranged an early check-in for us with a room upgrade, which was such a lifesaver after our long and disastrous flight! She is truly a treasure to this hotel.

When we returned from the sea later that day, we were surprised with a beautiful welcome gift — fresh fruits and a bottle of wine! Wow! What an incredible gesture and service. My mom was absolutely shocked (in the best way!) and didn’t expect anything like that. Yaroslava, thank you so much again for your kindness and attention to detail. ❤️

The entertainment overall was top-notch — everything was fantastic, except for the water aerobics. We stayed for six days and saw it every day, but unfortunately, it looked quite boring. The exercises didn’t really fit a water aerobics class, and the trainer didn’t speak or motivate the group, which made it feel flat. A bit more energy and interaction would make a big difference!

On the other hand, Karl is the BEST! So funny, so active, and full of positive energy! I will remember him forever — he’s just super cool! The way he talks and invites people to join activities is amazing. I didn’t want to miss any of his classes; he made every day more fun. 😄

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely come back. Thanks again to Yaroslava and the entire team for making our stay so special!
