I give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars because overall everything was great. The room was spacious and nicely designed, and I really liked the Rituals soap and shower gel. The rooftop pool area is beautiful and has an amazing atmosphere. A small thing to keep in mind is that you need to bring your own towel for the pool or the beach, otherwise you have to pay a 10 euro deposit in cash. There is also no hotel parking, the nearest parking garage is about a ten minute walk away. The staff did not seem very motivated, but it did not bother me much. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again.

This is our 4th stay at JS Palma hotels and this one is excellent, clean modern with ample space, amenities and beautiful pool and spa. The team here are EXCELLENT, each one is always friendly and willing to help where possible. Fantastic atmosphere and centrally located! Amazing thankyou JS Palma for another lovely holiday

The rooms were very nice. Looks brand new inside. The location of the hotel was also pretty good. The only negatives I have is the floor of the room was sticky. I assume it had the residue of whatever cleaning solution was used. Also our room had a playground and two restaurants with outdoor dining right outside our room window. We could hear a lot of noise until midnight or 1 am.

Hotel rooms are nice and clean and hotel is very clean. One of the servers at the restaurant was not pleasant at all. Seems very upset each time. I tried to be as polite as possible but she just seems like she doesn’t want to be here. I am not someone to ever complain but kindness goes a long way. Food plates were also very inconsistent. Some were amazing and yet I’d order the same thing and it would not be the same at all. Example the club sandwich was never consistent.

Very lovely hotel from the start of our experience to the very end. The staff are super helpful. Our room was clean and well maintained. Plus plenty of toiletries like soap, shampoo etc. We also had free drinks on our arrival which was a good touch. The restaurant downstairs serves some very tasty food and the staff also very attentive. The gym downstairs is small but has good, clean and up to date equipment. The other amenities are also good like the roof top pool, bar and seating areas. What was more of a surprise is that even after checkout the staff said we could use all the facilities like gym, sauna and showers without extra charge which is not usually heard of in other places. Even the taxi arranged by the hotel only cost €25 which was so handy to get my partner and myself to the airport. Uber is too expensive which was right and advised by the staff. Everything about this hotel is very good and deserves more than 4 stars as a hotel. It is around 20 minutes walk from popular areas but its location is good as the noise was low and we had a good sleep. One slight issue was the air conditioning but that’s minor. Would highly recommend and thanks to the staff. Would like to visit more JS hotels in the future

I loved the interior design, especially the large windows that brought in so much natural light. The toiletries smelled amazing, I even went on the website to buy those products cause I’ve never seen those scent at Rituals but they didn’t have it on the website :( probably it’s exclusive to hotels.

Overall it made coming back after a long day feel truly pampering
