Things To Keep In Mind

Myself & my mother in law stayed in this hotel for a week, we was situated on the 4th floor but there were two lifts to use. I must say I found this hotel wonderful, it was situated 10 minutes walk from levante beach, if you struggle to walk they will always phone you a taxi which costs 5-6 euro. The hotel was so clean, the rooms got cleaned everyday, changed towels & made the bed. The staff were lovely even though they couldn't speak much English. The pool with jacuzzi was warm & very clean as was the seating & loungers. They had a little hut that you could order soft drinks, slush, alcohol & food from. The hotel was faultless we loved every minute of our stay

What an excellent 3 star hotel! 🙂...
We stayed for 4 nights and our 3rd floor room with balcony overlooking the pool was the perfect size and had everything we needed. All of the staff were attentive and all excelled at their roles; Reception staff, Catering staff, Cleaning & facilities staff, all deserve recognition for carrying out their roles to the highest standards.
We visited in October half term so the hotel seemed quiet and as a result, we had the pool to ourselves most days! 😁 The weather was great as well during our stay and with the hotel being a brisk 10 minute walk to the beach and main action spots, we divided our time between the pool and the beach. Also the Benidorm Intermodel train/tram stop was only a 10 minute walk up the hill from the hotel, so venturing out further afield wasn't an issue either. Would highly recommend Hotel Joya for families, couples and single person travellers

Lovely place to stay. I stayed here for four nights on a solo holiday, and found it perfect in terms of location and price.

I rate this four stars as the only slight changes that would make the stay better for me were thicker bed sheets (as they were very thin) and the air conditioning could have been a bit better.

Other than that, well worth the visit! ☺️

Pleasantly surprised by this Hotel. It is up an incline and in hot weather this can be a bit of a chore walking back to. The hotel is one of the older type,  but the rooms are more than adequate with big  bathroom and a balcony but do show signs of being dated. Cleaners do their job perfectly well , towels sheets etc. Even though there are many English staying there,  the hotel is very Spanish orientated with its entertainment and some of the food on offer. Saying this I did enjoy the food but I would have liked to have seen some plum tomatoes and a decent sausage at breakfast . I ate morning and evening and always enjoyed what was on offer ( those who complain are the pie and chips brigade) .
The pool is nice with a bar outside and was always busy. A special mention to" Cesar " who was on reception one day, he was extremely helpful with my enquiry and went above and beyond to help me out. Real customer service. .
You can get to the beach in approx 10- 15 mins walk and to the nightlife in 16 - 20 mins if you go via the back streets ( I suggest get a map from reception and draw a straight line to where you want to go. I was surprised how near the nightlife area became walking this route) One thing I did find peculiar ( and I am curious to know why they did this ) is that they told you where to sit at dinner. I have stayed in 10 different hotels in Bdorm and this is the first time I have known this. My first night I was sat adjoining 3 or 4 people who I did not know, and found this "uncomfortable ". So the next night I made it clear that I preferred to sit alone, after that I always had the same table to myself which was excellent. This hotel is for the budget conscious and dont mind a bit of a walk up an incline. At the right price it is a good option. . Free wi fi is available,  air con , but no fridge or kettle. A safe that has to be rented is in the room and a hairdryer.

Not a bad hotel .clean and basic.tv channels are awful.breakfast is not the best we had to eat out after 2 days as it was cold and limited .also be aware I had clothes took from my room so I suggest anyone to keep an eye out .would not go back as there are better hotels around

What a lovely stay!
Hotel is situated away from the hustle, but an easy 10 mins walk to the front. Rooms were basic, but all that we needed. Bathroom could do with updating, but still, had everything we needed.
The eating/seating areas are lovely with plenty of shade and the pool had plenty of loungers, a bar by the pool and a bar close by that serves lunch.
I run a cleaning company so was always on the look out for grime and I have to say, this hotel was spotless!!
There are plenty of facilities situated around the hotel, washroom, games and vending machines.
The hotel is a family run hotel and that's obvious. It was really nice to receive such a warm welcome by all the staff. Jokes at the pool and smiling faces that greet you each morning.
There's plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby. McDonald's and Dominos literally around the corner and the best supermarket there too. There's a lovely Chinese restaurant and some bars within 5 mins walking distant.
We had breakfast included. The dining room was clean, produce fresh and pastries were lovely. The staff are just fabulous and take a lot of pride in their work. I would love to stay here again.🙂♥️
