Large spacious apartment for 5, next to pool with great activities for all ages, very friendly and engaging animation team esp Ibo and Mekki.
Good choice of meals. Reasonable snack bars.
Monzo cocktail had good entertainment but was a little small.
Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing experience with good service. Thank you

Amazing animation team always smiling they make the holiday.  What makes this hotel great is it's staff  customer service is fab would equal any 5 star nothing too much trouble the management  should be proud of a strong team. Hotel needs some updating but the gardens are beautiful. SPECIAL  REVIEW lour amazing  waiter Ali always attentive,  smiling, a real asset  to your Hotel we have travelled the world he is a rare find someone we connected with. Service amazing the Hotel should be proud of him.  A1He made our holiday  we will be bringing our family back with us in November.

We came to this particular resort for a festive break. Having previously stayed at Jaz Saraya Makadi we were quite excited for our stay at Jaz Saraya Palms. Due to delays with our flight we had quite a late check-in meaning we had missed dinner service. Check-in staff organised for a cold dinner to be made and bought to our room which was kind of them. We did notify the hotel and the staff of the allergies our children had, despite this the sandwiches sent to our room contained chicken and cheese which my children could not eat.
We ventured around our accommodation which was a 2 bedroom apartment which we were pleased with on the space, however the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. The room had clearly been not in use for a number of weeks and a build up of dust had accumulated in areas of the apartment.
The next morning we ventured down to breakfast, Head Chef Mustafa was on hand to ask about allergens and was aware of our request for Oat Milk which was available in the breakfast hall. He kindly walked us through during breakfast lunch and dinner service to ensure we were happy and confident with the choices for our children. Chef also advised if we had any special requests they would be happy to accommodate.
Kids enjoyed the pool area thoroughly with ping pong, football table and shuffleboard. The animation team were very friendly and we enjoyed their company, shout out to Millie, Ibo and Mekky :-)
Cannot forget to mention the amazing barman by the pool area Hussein, very friendly and always on hand, a talented mixologist. During most evenings in the Manzar Bar, Ali was on hand looking after us ensuring the drinks were flowing and we were all ok. I cannot fault the staff and the service at this amazing resort.
There were some downsides, we felt the room we had could have had more due care and attention, these seemed to be outdated and could do with a much needed update and modernisation. Due to our late check-in we were not handed wristbands for our stay. on the second day a customer services representative was walking around the hotel and asked for our room number but did not advise on wristbands. This was only flagged when I went back to reception due to having issues with wifi.
As it was our sons birthday on 30/12, we planned to book our a le carte meal for this day however we were not advised the restaurants would be closed on 30/12 and 31/12.
We did speak to the hotel manager who managed to sort a booking for us at the Beach Restaurant and organised a golf buggy to take us there. Overall, some improvements to be made but in general we had a nice stay.

Saraya Palms is a beautiful and peaceful place that really stands out for its elegant design and relaxing atmosphere. The surroundings feel well cared for, the greenery adds a calming touch, and it’s a great spot whether you’re looking to unwind or spend quality time with family and friends. Overall, it gives off a classy, welcoming vibe that leaves a very positive impression.

The Hotel is not that luxurious, it is a very basic one with a need for renovation for the rooms as the furniture is very old.
Food is with high quality and variety in the lunch and dinner however for the breakfast and the soft drinks the quality was poor with no variety.
For the Staff, I would like to thank the reception staff, specially Mr Ahmed Adel for his great hospitality and professionalism as well as Amaya restaurant staff where we had a great dinner.
