Fantastic Family Vacation – Highly Recommended!

We recently stayed at this hotel in Egypt and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this is a fantastic choice for families. The service is truly exceptional, as the staff is incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Their kindness was evident at every turn, from the bellboys assisting us with our luggage to the restaurant staff going out of their way to provide lactose-free milk for us.

We arrived at the hotel well after midnight, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that a late dinner had been prepared for us, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture after a long day of travel.

The resort is perfect for travelers with children, offering an endless array of attractions for both kids and adults, including a brilliant aquapark that kept everyone entertained throughout our stay.

The rooms are very spacious and kept perfectly clean, while the common areas of the hotel are beautifully designed with stunning interiors that create a relaxing atmosphere.

Furthermore, the hotel is situated very close to the airport, which makes the transfer incredibly quick and stress-free.

Overall, we had a perfect stay, and if you are looking for a comfortable, clean, and family-oriented resort in Egypt, this is definitely the place to be.

I had a wonderful experience at Aquaviva Resort. The resort is clean, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere with excellent facilities for families and visitors of all ages. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

A special thank you to Chef Ahmed for his warm hospitality and outstanding service. His kindness and attention to detail made our visit even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend Aquaviva Resort to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience

Amazing hotel. The staff are the best staff we have ever come across. This js our second visit to the hotel and it never disappoints. Entertainment team are fantastic. House keeping, life guards , chefs, nobody can do enough. The grounds are kept absolutely immaculate by gardeners and maintenance. Five stars once again from us. Mr Bebo and family we will miss you and your crazy dancing. Xx

Good hotel with a large aquapark without access to the sea. Service extra good always ready to provide any kind of help. Animation team excellent (especially good Ahmed, Ali, Sofia and Bibo). Large selection of good quality food which is repeated on a weekly basis. Once during the stay you can use one of the numerous A la carte restaurants, it would be preferable once a week for guests staying longer than 7 days. Mini bar in the room is charged, except for water. Mostly everything positive especially the service, and if I had to mention something negative it is that there is no bottled water in the hotel and generally carbonated drinks and coffee from the machine are not of good quality

We stayed at Jaz Aquaviva in Hurghada over Christmas, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, our stay was extremely pleasant and relaxing.
The staff are truly amazing — always smiling, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A special mention goes to the animation team, who did a brilliant job keeping everyone entertained throughout the day and evening, especially Ahmed, who brought great energy and made the activities really enjoyable.
The cleanliness of the hotel is next level. Rooms, restaurants, pools, and public areas are spotless at all times, which really adds to the overall quality and comfort of the stay.
There is a great selection of food and beverages, with plenty of variety to suit everyone. Everything was well presented and delicious. The Christmas dinner and the entire day were exceptionally well organised, creating a lovely festive atmosphere without feeling overcrowded or rushed.
Overall, Jaz Aquaviva exceeded our expectations. It’s a beautiful, well-run resort with outstanding service, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality holiday in Hurghada.
