We had a recent stay at the Inter 2, and it was great for what we wanted. A fun place with good service, friendly staff, an all inclusive bar and the food was fine (I don't go to a foreign country and expect it to be 'English' food). Mark and the rest of the day staff were polite, attententive and worked hard to ensure we enjoyed our stay. There was a range of groups there, couples, families and single sex groups and everyone got along with each other around the public areas and had some fun (thanks to the hardworking entertainments team). The rooms were clean and if there were any issues, they were sorted quickly. I have no complaints about this place, it's cheap and cheerful, if you expect more, go pay for it!

Based on my husband and sons holiday! They arrived to be told they would be staying in rooms across the road. And because it was still under construction they offered them lunch on top of their half board. Even though this was not really good enough as they wouldn't ever be in the hotel for lunch. When they arrived over to the apartment, builders were in rooms.surrounding them, which fair enough it needs to be done but they were working first thing in the morning til late at night, right above our room.
Inside the room though it looked like they had attempted to renovate, poorly unfinished upgrades. There was no hot water at all, which we didn't raise because cold showers are ok in a holiday 🤦🏼‍♀️. The morning after the St John festival which goes in til early morning, cleaners were outside the room shouting at the top of their voices before 8 am. Cleaners have to work which again is expected but no consideration for guests. We had booked direct with the hotel and would never go back.
Feel we should of been offered something more than a small lunch upgrade considering they were told they wouldn't be there any day for lunch. They feel if they had stayed in the main hotel they may have had a different experience.

Good value for money. Better than expected and hoped. Food was fine, and did vary a bit day to day. Ate out on a night. Drinks all inc were good. Enjoyed the entertainment. Pool clean. Pool sunbeds rubbish - kept breaking and not enough. Room only cleaned twice, so a little disappointed in that. Aircon worked well. Powerful shower. Bar staff and ents team really good. Overall really happy

Home on the 31st May 2026 and will absolutely return. The staff from the hardworking cleaners to reception, resteraunt and bar were all fantastic, kind and would go out their way to help you, really well above a 2 star rating for me. The resteraunt was spotless and again for a 2 star rating had more than enough options even for the picky eaters, food was really tasty and the options always changing. The entertainment staff were great and there was a great atmosphere, my only negative was I thibk there could be a lot more sunbeds out by the pool as they're was definetly space for more and getting them was sometimes a challenge however there was many other seating areas for other options on where to sit. The renovation has been fantastic the studio rooms are clean and have everything you need. Had a fantastic holiday to celebrate my brothers birthday and can't wait to come back. The staff even popped a card and sweets in the room on his birthday which I thought was a lovely touch. Thank you Inter2

Thank you for our stay. Overall, my impression of the hotel is definitely positive. The food was very good, and the restaurant service was excellent – truly top five quality!
However, when it comes to the bar service, there is a lot of room for improvement. Two of the bartenders were quite unpleasant, making it feel as though they were working there as a punishment. I understand it is hard work, but that vibe was hard to miss. Specifically, Steffi (or Stefani, I am not sure of the exact name) is completely unsuited for a bartending role. She was very unfriendly and constantly looked like she didn’t want to be there.
Regarding the organization, it was mostly okay. However, the gentleman at the reception who checked us in didn't really explain how the all-inclusive option works. On top of that, there was an issue with our key cards, and we couldn't get into our room. It was handled in a way that made it seem like it was our fault, when in reality, he simply hadn't completed the check-in process properly.
Despite these issues, the overall impression is good, and I would recommend this hotel. It is a great base for trips, very close to the beach, and with supermarkets nearby. The hotel is still undergoing some minor renovations, but I think in a year or two, it will be a truly fantastic place. As for the rest of the staff – excluding the two bartenders I mentioned – everyone was top-notch, polite, and very helpful.
One last piece of advice: if you want to keep attracting many guests and receiving great reviews, you should avoid hiring bartenders like the ones I described above.
