Things To Keep In Mind

Just back from a week at this hotel, and have to say it was brilliant, hotel very clean, staff great, kids loved the kids club and couldn't get them out of the pool. Rooms were great, was better than I expected.
The pool was cleaned every night with some sort of machine ready for the next day.
Food in the diner was great to, lots of variety.

Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful hotel with great vibes, rooms modern and clean. Buffet food had a good selection but food not very warm and quality was above average. Drinks expensive at dinner and in bar and bar service was poor, not once were we approached by a member of staff to order a drink we had to flag people down.
Pool is lovely and good amount of loungers. Overall the hotel was lovely

An exceptional hotel where my family and I felt very comfortable. We had a loft with a sea view. The room was clean and they cleaned daily and changed the towels when we needed. The hotel and the facilities were taken care daily. The staff and people there were friendly. The breakfast and dinner was always delicious and we liked it. The food was varied. There were fresh fruits and vegetables. What we liked the most was the kids' club and the animators who make’s fun activities for children during the day and evening. They’ve were amazing.

Had a lovely stay here. Friendly staff. Room was clean, well equipped and definitely big enough (we had the solarium room, great views on the pool!). Nice pool area, no huge pool but definitely big enough to accommodate all the guests. Breakfast was good in quality and had a very extensive range of choices. Located in a vibrant area with lots of bars, restaurants and shops.

We had the best time here.  It was the perfect place for our family of 4. The decor of the hotel is modern, stylish and beautiful. The gym modern and open and airy with spin bikes, a screen with workouts on demand and plenty of weights. The kids club is amazing. 3x a day they offer 2-hour long activities that are so much fun from foam parties, slip and slides or paddle yoga. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is so varied and meets everyone’s wants. The pool is big and we loved the beefy of people - young families where we truly felt relaxed and the kids could be kids and have fun. Highly recommend also because it’s just 1.5 blocks from the beach.

Very nice hotel, located close to beautiful Platja d'Alcudia. Staff extremely helpful and nice. Big hotel restaurant with good variety of food for breakfast and dinner, not too busy. We've been there in the middle of April 2024, swimming pool in the hotel were open but the water was cold. Rooms were clean, towel change every day if you need. Kids loved the animation team - they were fun, caring and creative.

The hotel is appears great in pictures and brochures but is quite disappointing. There is a nice atmosphere in the lobby area and has some modern interior design. The mascalzone bar attached has entertainment some nights in september which was okay. The pool is quiet and no issues getting a sun lounger. They dont have shower rooms but they will provide access to a room if you have checked out and are waiting on a flight.

We stayed in a studio (loft) room and found it a very strange layout. Room was facing the street and was very very loud - you are absolutely guaranteed to be woke up at 8am. I feel as though they aimed to meet the minimum requirements to call the room a studio: it had a completely useless sink in its kitchenette area with a microwave. But that was it. No dishes or cutlery to do anything with the microwave, so don't expect to use this to create a meal. Decent size fridge however.

We paid for half board at the hotel and were a bit let down for a 4 star hotel. It is of low quality and options are lacking, leading to a feeling of repetition. Please read someone elses recent review of the atmosphere in the restaurant, it is very accurate.

Overall the hotel is designed to appeal to those who might want a nice aesthetic picture for instagram, but the experience is disappointing.
