I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my summer vacation. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived.

The hotel was spotless, with an impressive level of cleanliness throughout. The food was delicious, and there was a great variety of fresh meals and drinks every day.

Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. I would be happy to stay here again in the future!

I recently stayed at Imperial Turkiz and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and close to the center of Kemer, which makes it very convenient for both relaxation and прогулки in the evening.
The room was clean and comfortable, although a bit simple in terms of design. Housekeeping was regular, and we always had fresh towels. The staff were polite and helpful, especially at the reception — they tried to assist with any questions we had.
Food was decent, with a good variety of dishes. Breakfasts were quite standard, while dinners offered more options, including Turkish cuisine. However, during peak hours, the restaurant could get crowded. The pool area was nice and well-maintained, and there were enough sunbeds most of the time. The beach is nearby, which is a big plus.
There are a few things that could be improved, such as Wi-Fi stability and more entertainment options in the evening. But considering the price and location, the hotel offers good value for money.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a relaxed holiday in Kemer, especially for those who prioritize location and a calm atmosphere.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Imperial Turkiz. The hotel offers a great location, comfortable and clean rooms, delicious food, and excellent facilities. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.
A special thank you to Nuraiym from the Guest Relations team. She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my stay.
The entire staff provided outstanding service, and I truly appreciated their hospitality. I highly recommend Hotel Imperial Turkiz and would be happy to return in the future.

The bathroom and toilet were not cleaned properly. It was obvious that the cleaning had been done in a hurry. I noticed several dirty stains on the walls, some of which even looked like traces of vomit. In the end, I had to clean them myself.

There was no pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. At the very least, I expected some piano music or relaxing background melodies, but there was nothing of the sort.

The bar menu offered only six cocktails, and I was unable to find a good cup of coffee during my stay.

The beach did not feel private at all. On several occasions I saw street vendors, beggars, and even individuals who appeared to be drug users on the so-called private beach. One of them even approached me asking for a cigarette. This is not what I expect from a private beach experience.

We reported our concerns and complaints to the hotel management. Although they apologized, there was no meaningful effort to compensate for the negative experience we had.

To be honest, the only form of entertainment I found was a pool table. Even the billiard room lacked any atmosphere or energy. There was no music, and I noticed two guests playing music from their own phones to create some ambience.

I was also disappointed by the way management seemed to treat employees. Furthermore, I repeatedly saw the same staff members working in multiple positions. As a guest, I prefer to see people specialized in their own roles.

Housekeeping staff frequently argued with each other loudly enough to be heard by guests. This was unpleasant. The Wi-Fi was either unavailable or extremely weak in several indoor areas of the hotel.

On the beach, there was no waiter or staff member checking whether guests needed anything. However, in the paid section of the beach, I saw more than three employees actively trying to sell additional services and products. I could not tell whether the people purchasing these services were hotel guests or visitors from outside the hotel. What was clear, however, was that the paid section appeared to receive considerably more attention and service. As a paying hotel guest myself, I did not appreciate this.

Overall, I neither saw nor felt the level of quality I would expect from a five-star hotel.

Our room door was opened by mistake on three separate occasions at different times during our stay. One of these incidents occurred even though the door was locked. The final incident was particularly disturbing. A female staff member opened the door and, without showing any sign of embarrassment or apology, stood there looking into the room and casually asked whether we wanted housekeeping service. We found this behavior highly unprofessional and a serious violation of guest privacy.

During my stay, I rarely saw guests who appeared genuinely happy or enjoying themselves. Perhaps many of them felt the same disappointment we did.

I was offered massage services several times. However, considering the level of cleanliness I observed throughout the hotel, I had absolutely no desire to lie on a massage table even once.

After returning home, I needed an entire day just to recover from the exhaustion and negative feelings this trip left behind. Before writing this review, I tried very hard to remain objective, keep my expectations realistic, and avoid posting criticism.

Then I thought about the people who may have saved money for an entire year to afford a stay at a hotel like this. For some couples or families, this trip may represent a very important occasion or a special memory.

For that reason, I cannot help but wonder whether this hotel truly deserves its fifth star.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel in the mid of April. Our expectations were much higher than what we experienced in reality.
At the reception we were told that the hotel just reopened in April which is why they 1. didn't have slippers/bathrobe in the room 2. the indoor pool was closed.

The huge disappointment was food. It was literally tasteless and not looking attractive. Do not expect big variety of options or to try something Turkish - no national dishes at all. Fruits were limited by apples and oranges, that's all.
Deserts were very bad and of a poor quality.
Our favorite was breakfast.

Drinks in the bar were nice, coffee in the coffeteria as well.

The room was also nice, even though the bathroom looks overused and needs reparation. But we didn't spend much time in the room at all.
The lobby of the hotel is very cosy with a good internet connection, it was one of the advantages of the hotel.

There is a nice promenade close to the hotel, we also did a 4-hour hike to the Calis Tepesi and back - worth it!

Overall, I would not come back to this hotel again. It was our first experience of all-inclusive and I wish me have chosen another hotel.
