We are a Japanese family and stayed at this hotel for one week with my wife and our two daughters, aged 11 and 9. It was our first time visiting Antalya.
On December 30, one of our daughters suddenly felt unwell and vomited on the bed in our room. We immediately contacted Customer Relations, and the cleaning staff came right away and handled the situation very professionally. We explained that it was probably due to overeating, and since medical staff were available at the hotel, our daughter was examined promptly. Depending on the situation, it may be necessary to purchase medicine at a pharmacy, but having medical staff on site was very reassuring.
Above all, the female staff members from the Customer Relations team were absolutely wonderful. The Customer Relations staff as a whole provided outstanding support, showing genuine care, checking on our daughter even on the following days, and making us feel truly welcomed. Their hospitality made our stay extremely comfortable and pleasant.
Another great point was the kids club. While our children enjoyed their time there, the adults were able to relax and spend quiet time together, which made the vacation very refreshing.
We are truly grateful for the kindness and support we received and had a very memorable stay.

Our stay at the hotel was truly memorable and filled with wonderful experiences. From the moment we arrived, the Guest relations team made us feel welcomed and appreciated. One of the standout parts of our visit was the food at the Sofra Restaurant. Every meal was delicious, and the staff there worked with such enthusiasm and care. They were always attentive, polite, and ready to assist, which made our dining experience exceptional. porter Amer was really friendly and helpful he was explaining all about the place to us oj the way to room.

We were also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a special room for our anniversary by Hotel chef ahmet,carolina and Nergis from guest relations team. This thoughtful gesture made our celebration even more meaningful and added a personal touch that we will always remember. The room was comfortable, beautifully prepared, and made our stay feel even more special.

The Lobby Bar, open 24/7, was another highlight. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were extremely friendly and cheerful at all hours. We especially enjoyed the live music—thanks to the talented pianist whose beautiful performance created a relaxing and elegant environment.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Ahmet, Ms. Nergis, Ms. Carolina, and our porter Amer for their exceptional service and kindness. Each of them contributed to making our stay smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable.

Overall, our experience at the hotel exceeded our expectations. Great food, wonderful service, and thoughtful gestures made our stay truly special, and we would love to return again.

Our stay at this hotel in Antalya was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the welcome and reception were warm and professional. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist at any time, which made us feel very comfortable.

The cleanliness was perfect, and the rooms were modern, tidy, and cozy. The food was delicious with lots of great options, and the activities and entertainment were excellent — there was always something fun to do.

A beautiful hotel with everything needed for a nice vacation. The place is spotless and full of activities. There are many things to do, they have planned activities during the week, like trivia night, karaoke, etc. The swimming pool is enormous and beautiful. The sea side is another highlight with everything at your disposal. The food is completely amazing and with enough varieties that you don't know where start. Food quality and taste were awesome especially the grills and the bakery (turkish pide). There are other physical activities and sports (football, basketball, tennis courts and sand beach volleyball), table tennis, darts, yoga with dedicated coach. There are bars around the place. Everything is at the tip of your fingers.
We visited off season and it was still amazing.
We had a small issue with the room where we could not adjust the room temperature and the room was hot and couldn't open the windows because of mosquitoes.
Overall it was a nice and enjoyable stay in Antalya.

All inclusive hotel! Even cocktails are free and available all day long. Wonderful for kids and family. Lots of activities for kids, fitness classes for adults everyday. Evenings are full of entertainment- live music, Bingo, disco etc.

We extended our stay and they provided free shuttle ride to airport. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hammam was amazing!

We stayed in one of  the lakeside Villas on our recent holiday and it was superb .
From the calm and relaxing pool area to the wonderful beach snack bar,  all was just fantastic!
The service was amazing , the staff amazing.
The Beach was disappointing as not pure sand , VERY stoney getting in/out of  the sea so hurt your feet . But
I  Can highly recommend staying at the residences section of this hotel. A truly Vip 5* experience...

Completely different experience to the main Green Palace side of the hotel!
Which can only be described as chaotic! And 3-4* at best and lots of mainly Russian guests some of whom were a bit rude at times!
So I wouldn't bother going to that side if you're in the residence side.
All in all a great holiday was had.

We are coming for the 4th time in a row to this hotel. Main two reasons: best beach and the otherworldly guest relations (this time we have incredible support from Maria and Nargiz). The level of service we are getting cannot be matched elsewhere! Our stay here is always impeccable and luxurious.

Our first day of 35 and from the start everything went wrong. I'm wondering what happens next. As I asked the girl from the FO to speak with the manager he told me "manager doesn't have the time for you"

Today they broken my phone, it was on the towel during the lunch and one employee took the towel and the phone felt on the ground.

18.07. You can get the Ball for the basketball court until 18;00 I don't know anyone who plays basketball at 35° C. No interest showing to help or find a solution. Just this is like it is, please go away.

22.07. after more then a week we noticed that in each restaurant they prefer Turkish guest. If you are local you will get better fruit plate, better piece of meat, better Drinks. So we regret come to Turkey, the overall feeling is bring your money to us, and feel like 2nd grade customer.

27.07 management is communicating with the employees what we payed for the stay and our personal data. Unbelievable!!!

29.07 workers stolen from my wallet 100€ the wallet was in the room.

Allowing the Turkish guest to smoke in closed rooms in front of children and other non smoking guests.

31.07 they cleaning the pool under our windows at midnight 0:00. We could not sleep all night because of that!!!

02.08 they ruined at the bar very expensive bag and shoe's of my wife (spilled a drink)

04.08 waiting for 30min at the mavi bar to get something to drink. Waiter is not interested to serve you. They have small salary as they told me... The worst Hotel we ever been!!!!
Manager is arguing with me because I complained that I waited second time today for 30min to serve us drinks. He told me go to public relations and complain and went away. I'm very close to call the police.

The comment from management was stupid tourist! So please stupid tourist pay them for this tremendous Service!!!

In your reply you try to tell that I Invented this and I insult your employee. I will post pictures for my statement to show everyone that this hotel is not worth 1*. You don't have any Standards, for example your answer and arguing with a guest says everything about the standards you have.

At Friday 08.08. we have a talk with the OM Mr. Sarica from ic Villas. He understood our problems and he apologize because all of them happened. After I saw that he really means what he speaks about and the apologize was honest we decided to let what happens behind us and to try to make the last week of our holiday pleasant as possible. He offered us a Cabana at the beach and they make us a reservation in the theme restaurants. Today we arrived at the Cabana and it was rented to a Turkish guest, probably a friend of the owners. No problem for that we got it for free, but this pictures how they are respectful to the guest and how friendly they are, they gave us this as apologize for 7 days and took it away after two days because of Turkish guest. This is disrespectful and lower you can not go.

Operation Manager confirmed that our phone was broken, bag and shoes ruined, that his stuff is unprofessional and rude and apologize it because of that.

09.08 yesterday a Turkish guest went into the beach bar where the food and drinks are prepared and WASHED HIS HAIR!!! He washed his hair and the employees didn't stopped him, probably he is the owner himself or his family.
PLEASE GUYS TAKE CARE, HERE IS RISK TO GET SICK BECAUSE OF THEY DISREGARD!!!

11.08 in the beach in front of the sun bed's has a lot turtles Nest with turtle egg's. They need especially at night the time to hatch from eggs absolutely quietnes and non lightened environment to be able to find the way to the Sea. Hotel management is organizing every night party for 3  guests with loud music and bright lights. This have resulted that lots off baby turtle died!!
ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I asked the mavi bar stuff friendly to switch the channel to basketball game that we wanted to watch. They explained me they don't have any sports channels and that was fine for us. But tomorrow played Fenerbahce and for Turkish guest they sport channel was available! Simple as that

I cannot stress out enough how superb the experience was in this hotel. We've never experienced such exclusiveness and luxurious service before.

We stayed at the Villas in one of the Bali rooms with private pool and I can tell you that pictures don't do proper justice of how beautiful is the hotel. It's much better than the photos you see. You also get assigned a beach cabana private with your villa and it's mind blowing, looking at the beach from the confort of your own bed.

It's definitely ultra all inclusive as they stated in the description. It's not only that they include all meals, they include luxury first-class meals, you can request even things that are not part of the menu for no extra fee. Actually, unlike most of hotels they don't try to charge you for every additional service. It includes so many things that you can basically feel safe and confident asking for services and food.

The Villas have their own private are separated from the Green Palace Hotel that feels so exclusive, you feel you are truly VIP and special.

And don't get me started on the guest relations department... oh my good, they are truly exceptional, they keep in contact with you at all times to make sure you are treated in the best possible way, to make sure you take advantage of all your benefits, they keep trying to make sure you are getting the most out of your stay.

You can also access Á La Carte restaurants with no extra charge, but even if don't, trust me, the normal restaurant is also so exclusive.

If you are looking to have relaxing, VIP, luxurious and kids-friendly holiday, this is your hotel. Your kid will have so much fun but at the same time you will have the best experience ever.

We'll never forget this experience, we'll come back to this hotel every year if possible, we fall in love with this amazing experience. Any amount of money you pay for this hotel is totally worth it.

We’ve had the most amazing time at IC Hotel Green Palace in Antalya! Honestly, the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place is even better than the photos – much better. The service is absolutely brilliant, the staff are warm and attentive, and everything is run so smoothly.

There’s something here for everyone. The kids' club kept our little one entertained while we relaxed, and the hotel has separate waterparks for both adults and children, which is such a great touch. The entertainment is non-stop, from morning activities to evening comedy shows and performances – there’s never a dull moment. They even have a late-night buffet!

It’s all-inclusive, and the food has been fantastic. You can tell they really go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and well-fed. The hotel also has its own beach, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and even a little corner with live animals like chickens and goats – the kids loved that!

We’re absolutely loving our time here and already know we’ll be back. Can’t recommend this place highly enough – perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking to relax and enjoy a fun-filled holiday.
