We had such an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations.

The food was one of the highlights—there was so much variety, and every day featured a different cuisine, so we never got bored. The all-inclusive package is definitely worth it, and the complimentary aqua park passes were a fantastic bonus.

The facilities are excellent, the beach is beautiful, and there are plenty of activities throughout the day for both adults and kids.

What really made this place special, though, was the staff. The hospitality is honestly on another level. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. We even had a payment issue when we arrived, and the team handled it so calmly and professionally. They were incredibly understanding and respectful, which made a stressful situation so much easier.

I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and they completely surprised me. They decorated our room, prepared a beautifully decorated dinner table with an incredible view, and the staff gathered to sing Happy Birthday to me. It made me feel so special and turned my birthday into a memory I’ll always cherish.

This hotel gets so many things right, but the people are what truly make it exceptional. Their genuine care and attention to detail made our vacation unforgettable. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and memorable holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We visited in early June, and everything exceeded our expectations.
The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The restaurant offered a great variety of delicious food, and the chefs were amazing. A special thank you to Chef Hesham and Chef Hossam for their kindness and outstanding service.
The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The beach was absolutely stunning and made our vacation even more enjoyable.
A big thank you to the hotel management and the whole team for such a memorable experience. We’re already looking forward to visiting again many more times!

Everything about my stay was more than perfect! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything I needed. Every single member of the team, including the front desk staff, made me feel truly valued and comfortable throughout my stay.

The food was absolutely amazing with a great variety and excellent quality every day. The pool restaurant was one of my favorite spots — beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service.

The sandy beach was perfect, clean, relaxing, and ideal for enjoying the sea peacefully. One of the best things about this hotel is how quiet and peaceful the whole place is, making it perfect for relaxation.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. I especially loved the stunning garden and sea views.

A very special thanks goes to the animation team, especially Rita and Islam, for their energy, kindness, and the fun atmosphere they created every day.

I had an incredible experience and will definitely come back again!

We were a group of 10 , Adults, teenagers and kids. Everyone really enjoyed every night and day we spent in the hotel. The service and staff were really amazing , everyone is very welcoming, professional and really focused on all the details. The hotel rooms are a bit old but everything is extremely clean and very well maintained. If you go there you really don’t need to go out of the hotel during the whole stay. Thanks to each and every staff member who really represented the management in the best way possible .

Wonderful stay at Iberotel Makadi

We stayed at Iberotel Makadi from June 16 to 25, and it was truly a wonderful experience.

First of all, every staff member was smiling and extremely kind. Not only the reception and restaurant staff, but even the gardeners were friendly and welcoming.

The room was very clean, the water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Whenever we needed something, the staff brought it very quickly. Our housekeeper was also very kind and cheerful, which made our stay even more pleasant.

The food was excellent. I do not just mean “good for a hotel” — it was genuinely delicious. This was our sixth trip to Egypt, and among all the resorts we have stayed at, this was the best so far.

Also, I accidentally left my Moncler jacket in the wardrobe, but the hotel found it and helped us get it back. Thank you so much for that.

We would definitely love to come back again.
100% recommended!
