Iberostar Selection Llaut Palma

We booked through Jet 2. Lovely large room with jacuzzi style bath. Very clean and well serviced. Hotel staff are fantastic. Big shout out to Yulia who works very hard to ensure guests have a great time. I enjoyed the cocktail making session and liquor making. My wife enjoyed the aqua-fit type sessions. The indoor spa / gym area is really well equipped. Outdoor pool area is good staff are very attentive. Plenty of sun beds and never seemed busy. Several days we were treated to free cocktails which was a really nice touch. Food overall is very good with plenty of choice. (We were half board). If you like your food hot and freshly cooked there are fish and meat options each day. The pizza is really good. Omelette made to order at breakfast. Evening entertainment was of a good standard. The beach is a few minute walk away. That area is busy and boisterous with loads of mostly German tourists enjoying the bars and the Mega Park. If you walk for 15 minutes towards Palma it’s a lot quieter. Palma is a half hour bus ride for €2. Attractive city with plenty to see. Looks like cruise ships are having the usual impact though. Definitely recommended for the hotel, staff and service. The area might not suit everyone.

I stayed at your hotel for four days, and I must say, I’m truly impressed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive — they seemed to anticipate every need before I even had to ask. A special thanks to Marc Valeije and Rita Catalina who kindly helped me with my luggage and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very elegant, with a perfect view that made the experience even more special. The food was absolutely delicious – every meal was a real treat. The location is stunning, and just a short 4-minute walk takes you to a wonderful beach that is not crowded at all, which felt like a hidden gem. What truly made the stay unforgettable was the service. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, with special thanks to Blanka and Rita for their outstanding hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!
