Guests are invited to check in after 4 pm and are requested to check out before 11 am. A resort fee is charged at the hotel per room per night. The hotel is dog-friendly only. The weight limit for the pet is 50 lbs. There is a one-time non-refundable cleaning fee plus a daily fee. All pet rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the hotel. The hotel requires the dog's current shot records faxed over prior to arrival (fax no: (239)390-4325). Pet rooms should be booked 14 days in advance due to the limited number of pet rooms and always should be booked through in-house reservations. A Doggie Menu is available through room service. All dogs must remain on a leash at all times and are not allowed in the restaurants, pool decks, golf course, etc. Cleaning up after the pet as well as any damages in the room is the responsibility of the owner. Guests should have a ï¿½Doggie on Vacation' sign on their doorknob. Arrangements should be made with housekeeping regarding service and the hotel request that the owner is present at that time.
From : 07/07/2012 to 07/10/2012 - The hotel will be undergoing renovations starting on July 7th with a planned completion date of October 7, 2012. This is considered a "soft goods renovation" and should have little impact on the guests.
