We had great vacation!

Stayed 23/7/2025 to 30/7/2025. The hotel is child-friendly and in a very convenient location—near a pharmacy, restaurants, beaches, grocery shops, a bus stop, and there’s a place to rent bikes nearby. Breakfast was very good with many choices and a different menu each day. Dinner was also good with a varied buffet that changes daily, and the desserts were amazing. Our room was comfy and the air conditioning was very cold overnight. Selena from the concierge was very helpful and could call and book taxis for us. Samira and Reduone were also very helpful and nice; my kids loved them. Overall, a great choice for families.

Just finishing up my stay here and some of the reviews I’ve read are very harsh! Me and my partner have had a lovely stay here. There are definitely a few things that could be improved on such as the room decor is old, theres no fridge in the room and the walls are thin so you can hear a lot! However I would say some people are just inconsiderate and shouting in the hallways at 1am. On a positive note its clean, the staff are friendly, the entertainment team was great always lots of activities going on, the pool is a decent size. The location is also good theres a beach and restaurants/shops a 5 minute walk away, its also near a bus station where you can go to Salou, Tarragona, the water park etc. I’ve also seen a few reviews about the food however as a fussy eater I found the food fine, always something different. As a whole I’ve had a great week and would stay here again.

I may be biased as I am not fussy and this is my first holiday in years, and despite the reviews, I have no complaints. Even though there were aphew school trips at the same time as us, it didn’t affect the service at all and the food, whilst slightly mediocre, had a decent selection and if you ask kindly the chefs will cook to taste. The rooms for just a couple were perfect and the balconies gave a lovely view from the top floor, though we don’t tend to search for uncleanliness or have much to compare to. The jacuzzis perfect temperature given the beaming weather too. There weren’t any cues to get to the bar or into the restaurant at any time and the pool was just the perfect size and temperature for everyone. I ought to mention that the all inclusive drinks don’t have much beer and cider options at all but this wasn’t a problem for us spirit drinkers. It is definitely better as a relaxing holiday place to stay but the entertainment is still great. As an all inclusive holiday, I would absolutely come here again!!!

Really pleased with this hotel. The only downside was no fridge in the room. Apart from that everything was fine. Really nice food, great location close to the beach and bus stop. Clean, good size pool and extremely nice reception staff.

After reading the reviews of this hotel I was nervous about coming here, but I was pleasantly surprised. The pool is lovely, with a lot of activities to offer. The bar staff was very friendly with nice refreshing drinks.
The room wasn’t anything to shout about but had a very nice view with towels cleaned regularly.  Food wasn’t brilliant, as there wasn’t too much to offer especially for breakfast, but overall no where near as bad as what people are saying.
The only real letdown was that the beds weren’t the comfiest, and were creaking loud, alongside very thin walls, as you can hear practically everything going on in the hallways.
Overall, this is a nice hotel with in my opinion is not deserving of such bad reviews. I would probably stay again.

Not here to make comments about each and every little bit of this hotel in depth as there are plenty of comments about other areas, so I'll touch on a few key points.

The terrace is meant to be Adults Only, they have two A4 signs on the walls next to the door that leads onto the terrace; why not put these ON the door so they are more noticeable? There was numerous times where we were up there and children and young teenagers were there, and without dropping the racism card, they were all Spanish speaking, there were around 6 of them at one point in one of the Jacuzzi areas, playing loud music, shouting loudly at one another and being generally annoying. After visiting reception FOUR times and having no one come up to attend, one of the people in our group went over with Google Translate to attempt to touch base and explain the situation, to which they laughed and then carried on doing what they were doing, eventually after a while they did move on.. to have lunch, and then return again. Let's bare in mind that these I saw these individuals arrive and whilst outside the hotel were throwing their empty bottles onto the street in-front of the hotel. Classy.

Another example for the terrace is two parents who we came across up there one afternoon who were up there with their children, and the parents were letting their children play in the Jacuzzi whilst naked. Now the swimming pool outside had events on all the time and surely if you had children you'd be down there? And you'd wanr to have your children adequately dressed? Strange.

The only example of someone actually taking notice of the Adults Only signage was an English man who had his son with him, and we overheard him as soon as he came onto the terrace stating; "we have to be quick, let's have a look around, but you're not allowed up here"

The rooms, where to begin; as all the reviews state - the walls are literally made of paper. You can constantly hear whatever your neighbours around you are doing and even when they are using the toilet.

The cleaners do seem to make an attempt to clean them each day but don't look under the bed or you'll find a thick layer of dirt, sand, dust, whatever else you can think of. The shower isn't bad but they don't refill the soap/shampoo dispensers. I even attempted to ask for this to be done and the receptionist didn’t have a clue what I was saying (I'd left my phone in the room so I couldn't translate) I then attempted to speak with the cleaners themselves who again looked at me bewildered and shrugged, even asking passers-by to help translate and then eventually being told; "they fill them up when they do the rooms" ..well they didn't all week but hey-ho. The beds were made up each day but if you look close enough you'll find stains already on the bedding.

Lastly, the restaurant really needs to sort out how they clean the cutlery, plates and glasses.. because at the moment it looks as if they're wiped and then put back out the next day. The breakfast we had included and was average at best, better than nothing to start your day off out of the hotel.

Location wise the hotel is decent enough, it's a short walk down to where all the other restaurants are, shops etc and the beach. If you don't like walking up hills though, maybe look for somewhere closer to the beach front.

It is close to the centre where guests will find a number of shops, bars and restaurants. This 6-storey hotel consists of 246 double rooms.
