We arrived on Friday after being awake all night, as we had to leave for the airport at 3:00 a.m. Our flight landed in time for the hotel’s 2:00 p.m. check-in, but when we arrived, we were told our room wasn’t ready. We were asked to come back in 20 minutes, but after waiting, it still wasn’t available. In the end, we didn’t get our room until nearly two hours after check-in time, and there was no apology or explanation.

Our room was okay. It was a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable, so we had no complaints about the room itself.

The food was very disappointing. Dinner was mainly fish, and the meat dishes were often undercooked. Breakfast had very little choice, and even the eggs were cold. I was also concerned to see raw fish placed next to raw chicken, with the fish juices coming into contact with the chicken, which is a serious food hygiene issue.

The staff were unfriendly throughout our stay. On several occasions we said “hola” when greeting members of staff, but they didn’t acknowledge us, smile, or even respond with a greeting. I’m not sure whether it was a language barrier, but compared with the many hotels I’ve stayed in across Spain, this was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

The only other positive was the location. The area is beautiful, with lovely beaches, although it is quite hilly. Unfortunately, I would not stay at htop Molinos Park Hotel again and would not recommend it.

Before my stay at this wonderful hotel, I read many reviews and, to be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I can now say that I was truly pleasantly surprised — this place exceeded my expectations.
The cleanliness of the hotel, the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and the thoughtful layout of the entire property are all at a very high standard. Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable from the very beginning.
My room was located right opposite the elevator, and I was a little worried about the noise, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary. I didn’t find it disturbing at all, especially not during the night.
The location is another big advantage — the beach, bus stops, and travel agency are all within a short walking distance, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.
And the food… simply amazing! I honestly could have eaten there every day for the rest of my life. The variety was incredible, the products were fresh, and every meal was a real pleasure.
I will definitely come back to this hotel in a few years. I’m very grateful that I had the chance to experience this place and create such wonderful memories. Highly recommended!

Some of the reviews are true I will give you my HONESTEST review

HOTEL IN GENERAL;
First of all the hotel is so cold the AC Works amazing when you step in it feels great. I haven’t been into the pool so i can’t give a review on that but its pretty crowded and theres loads of people going swimming at the same time. (My brother got hit in the ear by accident and it’s swollen). The pool activities seems fun (basketball in the water, someones throws a ball into the pool and you have to catch it,..etc) since I myself didn’t went into the pool i can’t give a review on that. They have a bar where they also organise certain things like karaoke, football, bingo,.. and so on. The staff is also very nice and respectful.

HOTEL ROOMS;
The AC in the hotels are also very good you have loads of options on how you want ur room temperature to be and stuff. The only thing is the bathroom sometimes makes weird noises and has an oddly weird smell too (in some rooms atleast, because we were with 6 so we had the rooms divided into 3, so i could visit my mom and her bathroom didn’t smell). I like how the bathroom comes with an built in hand dryer and it has body gel, shampoo and hand soap already ready. The cleaning staff also changes your sheets everyday so don’t worry of getting sand in your bed or accidentally spilling something on your bed, because the sheets get cleaned everyday.

THE KITCHEN (food, staff, plates,..);
Let me begin with the minus points (bad) The plates genuinely aren’t cleaned well at all. There is always some grime or sometimes even a bit food stuck under the plate, it was very disgusting other than that the staff was very nice and really understandable. The food wasn’t the worst but it felt a bit unflavoured sometimes. There are lots of food options to pick from which is great. I just wish the cafeteria felt more pleasant, Sometimes when you don’t have anything to talk about you can’t really look around without accidentally looking directly at someone.

LOCATION
The location was actually pretty good you are surrounded with multiple beaches and its a great place to walk around and explore. The only thing is there aren’t many stores in the area but there is a bus stop so you can just go to salou with the bus (estimated time around 10 minutes). The beaches in this area aren’t too crowded. and there even is a supermarket near the hotel. I really liked the location.

Great experience!
Lovely staff, very friendly, very approaching, very polite and fun. Entertainment games from morning until midnight!
Great food variety every day, and the place is very clean. Big swimming pool and kids pool.
The only remark I would make is that the room walls are very thin and you can hear a lot. Otherwise it was perfect!
Highly recommended!!!

My stay at this hotel from June 3rd to June 10th 2026 was the worst holiday experience I have ever endured. I feel compelled to warn potential guests about the complete failure of service, appalling hygiene standards, and an environment that is entirely hostile to anyone seeking a relaxing break.
The ordeal began immediately upon arrival. Our tour representative abandoned the bus at the first stop to ensure his own convenience, leaving us with a driver who possessed zero English. When the driver realized he had been left to navigate alone, he became hostile. Despite our attempts to guide him, he eventually deposited us at the side of a road, nowhere near the hotel entrance. We were forced to navigate a hill in the dark at 11pm with our luggage. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were told our all inclusive service had ended ten minutes prior, and despite explaining we had just arrived, we were forced to pay for a drink.
The accommodation was substandard. Our first room was in a state of neglect, lacking net curtains and offering no privacy, as the hotel across the road looked directly into our room. We were later moved to room 407, adjacent to the jacuzzi area. While the location seemed preferable, it was rendered unusable by constant cigarette smoke, screaming children, and babies jumping between the jacuzzis. Furthermore, the electricity frequently cut out, disabling the air conditioning. When I addressed this with reception, I was told the air conditioning is switched off at 2am because other guests complain of the cold, which is an absurd policy. To top it off, the bathroom shower curtain appeared contaminated and was repulsive to touch.
The dining experience was perhaps the most egregious failing. The food was consistently tepid, poorly labeled, and repetitive. To find a microwave provided for guests to heat their own food in an all inclusive resort is an indictment of the quality you provide. The dining hall was chaotic, resembling a room full of unsupervised children. Glassware was regularly filthy, forcing us to rummage through stacks to find a clean item. Simple necessities like salt were missing, and when requested, we were essentially told to fend for ourselves.
The general facilities were neglected. The sun beds lacked cushions, and no pool towels were provided. The adults only jacuzzi area suffered from a total lack of signage, meaning it was consistently overrun by children. The music played throughout the hotel was a blaring, unvaried cycle of R and B and rap that caused me significant distress due to my sensory issues. My requests to lower or vary the music were ignored with empty promises of action in five minutes.
I held a lengthy discussion with the manager, who appeared entirely defeated. She admitted that the hotel is in a contract with an outsourced catering provider, confirming that management has surrendered control over food and entertainment quality. It is clear that the operation is rudderless.
Due to the persistent noise, the inedible food, and the lack of basic service, we were forced to abandon the hotel for the duration of our stay, spending our own money to eat and relax elsewhere. We essentially paid for a service that the hotel failed to provide. This holiday was an epic waste of our time and financial resources. Please take your business elsewhere.

Surrounded by a typically Mediterranean forest, this hotel is located in the quietest area of Salou, approximately 150 m from the inviting beach. It is close to the centre where guests will find a number of shops, bars and restaurants. This 6-storey hotel consists of 246 double rooms. An air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for infants, a bar and a café are located on site. Guests can make use of the games room and TV room and Internet access is also on offer. In addition, there is a kids' club and a playground provided for younger guests. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or garage.
