Good location. Well themed Titanic hotel - not in your face - but a bit tired in places. Service at the bar excellent. Can't comment on dinner as only bed and breakfast

Hotel Amaika has a great location – just a few steps from the beach, with the nice bonus of a free voucher for a sunbed and umbrella. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room, however, needs some renovation, and the bathroom could use an upgrade. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable.
As for the food, I wouldn’t choose the full board option again – it’s a matter of taste, but breakfast only is a better choice. Overall, a good place for its location and service, though the rooms could use some modernization.

Absolutely loved our stay here.
Our room was a good size, comfortable and clean and we had a lovely view from our balcony.
The bar staff were absolute gems, so friendly and attentive!
As we were holidaying at the end of season/off season we were easily able to get a sunbed each day, and we were also able to get tickets for sun loungers on the beach 👌
Would be more than happy to come back here 😍

The hotel.is fab overalll. Few things that could be better:

The food is delicious but needs to be kept hot. I was always putting my food in the microwave..

The pool area is tiny so head to the beach.

All inclusive finishes at 12 noon on your last day and they charge a fortune for even water. I think they should take care of their guests until they leave.

Currently staying at this hotel... Check in was smooth despite an early flight getting us here before check in time.  Lovely reception gentleman made it easy, stored our bags and made us welcome.  Bar staff are fantastic, big shout out to Susanna and Alfonso in particular who have really looked after us.

Entertainment is not in your face, but include everyone.  Well done Beatriz, Sandy and Anastasia for a really fun time.

Would definitely stay again

The overall experience was below average. The rooms were clean.

Some of the reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming. We felt like they did not care, just doing their bare minimum required with grumpy and serious face.
Interactions with staff sets a tone on the whole stay.
I must mention that the waiting and kitchen staff in general were kind.

Another thing, we were disappointed about is the food which wasn't great. Not many healthy options, lots of carbs and meat served was mostly processed and lacked quality. If someone likes seafood then this place is for them I suppose as there were many seafood options. There were not many options for non-seafood eaters like us. There was one instance where the chef from the cooking station served me chicken half cooked, raw inside. I pointed it out to the waitress but there was no action from them. For those unaware raw chicken might seriously poison you. That was off putting and after that we chose not to eat anything prepared at the cooking station.
Desserts weren't great either, most of it tasted like it was directly from the supplier, not worth the calories.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days, and it was probably our best vacation ever. The Titanic-style interior was absolutely captivating every time! At the same time, the rooms are newly renovated, cozy, and very spacious. I would especially like to highlight the quality of the food in the restaurant and the excellent service from the chefs and waiters. The dishes were varied and delicious, and I really loved the idea of amuse-bouches with appetizers and main courses — this way you can try many different flavors in elegant mini portions.

The staff worked very quickly and efficiently, handling difficult tasks with ease while always greeting us with a smile or a joke — it truly makes you feel like a welcome guest. I’ll never forget the little “show” by the grill chef, who playfully acted out an “attack” of a tiger prawn — it was hilarious! Another nice touch is that the staff escort you to a free, freshly prepared table, saving time and effort.

I would also like to mention the bartenders, housekeeping team, and reception staff. I got the impression that everyone here genuinely enjoys their work and operates like a well-coordinated team. That level of service is rare — you have an excellent crew!

There are a few small drawbacks, but they are so minor that I wouldn’t deduct a star:
•	The pool is rather small, but this didn’t matter to us since we came for the sea.
•	Sunbeds and umbrellas need to be reserved around 7 a.m. We preferred to sleep in on vacation, so we didn’t bother, but the beach is very comfortable even just lying on the sand — no large stones.
•	Check-in is only after 2 p.m., and we actually got our room almost an hour later. Since we arrived around 10 a.m., every extra 15 minutes of waiting felt long, and I even dozed off in the lobby. No apology or compensation was offered, but the rest of our stay more than made up for it.
•	The minibar water supply is not replenished — only two small bottles were provided at check-in.
•	There is no kettle in the room.
•	I personally missed having a drying rack on the balcony for beach towels and swimsuits, instead of using the chairs.
•	The soundproofing is weak: we could hear the nightlife outside until about 3–4 a.m., and even a neighbor singing in his bathroom (thankfully he left after a couple of days!).

Overall, we were very happy with this hotel and would definitely consider coming back — either here or to another hotel in this chain.

Really enjoyed this place, the staff is amazing, especially Andres, infinite stars for him for how helpful and welcoming he was! But all of them were on top of everything!
The rooms were clean, nice and tidy in a traditional way!
The only downsize is that you have to wake up very early and queue up to catch a sunbed as they give a limited number! Honestly, it's a bit of hustle for it!

This charming hotel enjoys a wonderful design, beautifully reflecting the splendour of its surroundings. The guest rooms are tastefully appointed, featuring soothing tones and a peaceful ambience. Guests will be pleased by the many facilities and services that this charming hotel has to offer.
