This was mine and my wife’s first holiday abroad for 14 years!!! As you can imagine, we were slightly nervous about it. The nerves were dispelled as soon as we checked in! The hotel Torà has recently been renovated. Beautiful white walls surround equally beautiful planting everywhere. We were greeted at the lovely air conditioned reception by friendly staff. This friendliness continues with all the staff at hotel Torà!!!! They are all so happy, welcoming and helpful. Our room was just perfect, as was the pool area and restaurant. There is a great selection of food at breakfast. This is matched at the bar with a great selection of drinks and snacks. They even have a luggage room with showers and towels to use after you check out if you have a late transfer like we had. A selection of books and beach umbrellas can be found in this area too. We had such a wonderful experience. Thank you so very much for a wonderful holiday. ❤️

Hotel is far above many 3 star hotels I’ve seen. Highly recommended!
Rooms are neat and have a balcony with a bit of a view.
Staff are really friendly and helpful.
Food was excellent and varied for meat eaters and vegetarians but a little limited for vegans but that is island wide. Dining area spacious.
Very nice and well kept pool area which was big enough in April but I suspect would be busy in high season.
Big room for bicycles.
2 minute walk to the strip and beach.

worst hotel I stayed in Mallorca, it does not deserve this 4.4 rating:
- rooms are noisy, you can hear every noise from neighbors, running water, tv, talks, sneeze, etc.
- no bottle of water in the rooms;
- paid fridge;
- cheapest soap bar and soap;
- low quality of bedding;
- bed hard like a stone;
- staff is rude, especially the ones in the restaurant: ridiculous demands not to sit to "reserved" tables - half the restaurant is reserved for god knows who starting with the breakfast, staff is chasing clients away from tables. Also the waiters/waitresses are hunting for plates, taking plates from clients while still eating or just constantly watching you, hurrying you up. no moment of peace and relaxation;
- no drinks during dinner, not even water;
- food was cheap, repetitive, very ugly, rotten veggies, bulk cheap products, no real yogurts, just massive pots filled with something that looked like a watery mess.
- coffee from the coffee machines was undrinkable - sour taste;
- no option for dietary restrictions, gluten free or lactose free products. the cooking services on the spot always spoiled the food with too much oil;
- bad design of the hotel, restaurant is somehow at underground level, down many stairs.
- hotel is geared towards German tourists: menu, tv channels, food, receptionists speaking only German.
Far away from the beach, definitely not 200m, on a hill so be aware of the location.
Dirty premises - especially the land behind the building.

Very nice, quiet, modern and cozy hotel. Very nice and polite staff 😀 especially in the restaurant, and  friendly cleaning ladies.

Had the most wonderful stay. Breakfast is a 10/10, rooms too and service.
