Another great stay at this hotel. Breakfast food good but it’s the excellent staff at this hotel that makes it special for us, reception, restaurant, cleaners and maintenance staff…all provide first class service.
The odd noisy guests and the kids playing footy in the square around back aside, we had great weather and there are plenty of bars around the hotel. The Balcon is a short walk away.
Top tip: Laureles Cafe behind the hotel definitely worth a visit.

Have just arrived home today after a week at this hotel. Absolutely fabulous hotel.. extremely clean and modern and lovely helpful staff from the ladies who look after your room .. the staff in the Dining room.. we only had Breakfast.. but it was always fresh and lots of choice and every morning a smiling good morning. Nothing was too much trouble. Wolfgang and the girls on reception were very very helpful ..helping us with our return bus transfer..and with information of things to do in Nerja.
The hotel is very central to lots of restaurants and bars… and would definitely return. 👏👏🥰🥰

The location is the main thing about this hotel, just what we wanted 8 mins from the square. The facilities in hotel were good and the breakfast was brilliant. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. They let us use fridge in kitchen as none in rooms. Overall excellent stay!

Had a great four night stay.
Rooms , not overly large,  clean and comfortable beds.
Requested a kettle and was given one immediately.
All staff from reception, chambermaids and breakfast staff extremely polite and helpful.

My mum and I stayed 27th Dec - 3rd Jan. Our overall experience here was really good.
Our rooms were spotless with maid service every day. The beds were comfortable. There was ample wardrobe space, which also housed a free-to-use safe. There was a large TV with plenty of English channels and a large and modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. We both had balconies overlooking the square at the rear of the hotel. My mum was on the second floor and had a better view than me, as being on the first floor meant my view was slightly obscured by trees.
The breakfast room was bright and clean with a good selection of breakfast goods. Cereals, fruits, cheese, ham, bacon, eggs, etc. Fresh breads and jams, There was a coffee machine and a selection of fruit juices and even a selection of doughnuts and cakes. There was also a toaster and a microwave.
The reception  staff were really helpful and friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The cleaning staff, too, we cheerful and always greeted you with a smile.
Being winter, the rooftop pool was closed, but access to the rooftop terrace was permitted, and several people used the sun loungers to soak up the afternoon sun. The view of the mountains was breathtaking.
It was my first visit to Nerja and I was really pleased with the location of the hotel. Within minutes, there was a great choice of tapas bars and restaurants. The Balcon de Europe was a pleasant ten minute stroll, the beach even nearer.
The only improvement I would ask for would be a small fridge and tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.
I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

It is just a short five-minute walk to the renowned Balcon de Europa and scores of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, nightclubs and public transport connections are just a stone's throw away. The sea and the beach are just 500 m away. The hotel was built in 1998 and renovated in 2018 and consists of 58 rooms spread over 3 floors. </p><p>The hotel facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, wifi, lift, an air-conditioned restaurant (children's highchairs available on request).
