The hotel itself is nice. However, I find the price to be at the limit. Breakfast and rooms are rather average. The location is also not particularly outstanding, as there isn’t really anything nearby. For lunch, a sandwich for €15 or a pizza starting at €20 also doesn’t match the quality. In addition, starting at 3:00 PM, the pool turned into a public pool. Local residents began arriving with their entire families for the bar’s happy hour and took over the entire pool. Many children were jumping off the edge, kicking a ball back and forth, and families occupied the already limited number of sun loungers.
It seemed like they all personally knew the service staff by name, so this behavior was apparently known and acceptable to the entire staff.
The price of the hotel is completely out of proportion to what is offered, and the public access is entirely inappropriate for a hotel. In my view, the price per room is twice as high as what you actually get. I wouldn’t come back here. At €300 per night, I expected more and know better from other trips—maybe this is just the average for Mallorca. The staff is very friendly, but unfortunately this doesn’t make up for the rest.

A very cozy, clean and nice hotel. It surprised us in the most positive way. It’s quite new and minimalistic hotel and you’ll have everything you need. I would definitely stay there again. Gracias!

The staff at this hotel is unfriendly and unhelpful (one of the front desk employees even has a tattoo of a hand giving the middle finger, which says it all). I reported air conditioning issue in the room several times, but no solution or compensation was offered, and my room stayed uncomfortably hot. I don’t understand why there’s a control unit in the room if the AC is central..
The rooms are just average - renovated, but nothing special. Overall, a very disappointing stay and I would certainly not recommend!

I woke up and went to grab coffee as there is no facilities in the room to make your own, I was told you cannot get a coffee. I couldn’t buy one, I had to buy the whole breakfast.

Although yesterday I was able to buy coffee? 😂😂😅 It’s like a clown town.

Something else to add, is if you like privacy then to not book a room by the pool. As the restaurant is underneath and open until nearly midnight, everyone can see in your room.

I even had a hotel staff member shout up to my balcony to ask me to come down for happy hour which I thought was very rude and an invasion of privacy when I was trying to relax

I definitely won’t be staying here again. Not worth the € for a hostel. Also THE AIRCON they tell you it’s at 17 degrees for the whole hotel. But it does not work very uncomfortable in July and august here

Very disappointing experience in Hotel Santanyí Port. My mom was repeatedly interrogated by the rude hotel staff (woman at the reception) because we want an extra bed in our room. Even though adding an extra bed should be a simple matter, she kept telling my mom (in an unfriendly manner) that our request was not part of the booking and she has not got the information before. And she says no (with no apologies and intentions to find alternative solutions) to all our small requests including putting our drinks in the hotel fridge to cool for a bit. We felt very unwelcome, and it ruined my family’s mood that day. The rooms are expensive for what it provides - no sanitary products, no free water, and no glasses for brushing our teeth.

This fantastic **** boutique hotel where the well-known Ventura hostel was located since 1969 has been completely renovated in 2023 giving way to a magnificent charming accommodation. We have preserved the essence of the passing of the years in an endearing family tourist establishment where generations of visitors have witnessed wonderful days of vacation in Mallorca.
