We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

The highlight of this hotel is definitely the food. I would like to sincerely thank the chef, the waiters, the barista, and everyone involved in creating such an amazing dining experience. I have honestly never had such delicious, diverse, creative, and high-quality food at a hotel before. Every meal was a pleasant surprise, with plenty of variety and attention to detail.

The staff also deserve special recognition. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. What stood out most was that their friendliness felt completely genuine, you can really tell the smiles are sincere, which creates such a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

There are just a couple of areas that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and didn’t work properly in some areas, including our room. Also, the elevators are quite small and seem to operate with an unusual logic, which sometimes resulted in long waiting times.

Overall, these were minor inconveniences compared to the fantastic experience we had. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Everything was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The food was delicious, fresh, and varied every day - you could really feel the quality and attention to detail. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and very well organized, making the whole stay relaxing and enjoyable. We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.
Before travelling, we informed the hotel that a member of our party had a sesame and peanut allergy, along with dietary requirements. We were assured this information would be shared with the relevant departments. However, during our visits to both the Italian and Asian à la carte restaurants, pre-prepared starters containing beef and dishes topped with sesame seeds were placed on our table. This was extremely concerning and left us with very little confidence in the hotel's allergy procedures.
Communication was another major issue. The hotel predominantly catered for Russian and Turkish guests, and many staff spoke very little English. This made it difficult to communicate, ask questions, or raise concerns throughout our stay.
Cleanliness and hygiene were also below the standard we expected, and the overall service did not reflect the quality advertised. When we raised our concerns with management, we felt they were not taken seriously. We were offered a late checkout after we had already decided to leave, followed by cake or alcohol as compensation, which did not address the issues we had experienced.
Overall, this was not the relaxing holiday we had hoped for. Based on our experience, we would not return or recommend this hotel, particularly to anyone travelling with allergies or specific dietary requirements.

Great Stay, Amazing Staff—Just Fix the AC!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. My wife and I came for the private beach and the golf, and both exceeded expectations. As an all-inclusive experience, the quality and variety of the food were excellent, and the pool area was kept spotless.

The real standout, however, is the service. The staff is absolutely top-notch; they handled an issue I had with total professionalism and made us feel very well-treated.

The only downside was the room. It was small, dated, and incredibly hot. The mattress was originally very hard, though the staff did quickly swap it out once we mentioned it. The biggest hurdle was the lack of air conditioning—even when it hit 26°C, we were not provided AC and couldn't get a breeze through the balcony which we left open. We barely slept.

The fact that we are still leaving a 4-star review despite the "sweatbox" room speaks volumes about how great the rest of the resort is. If the AC gets fixed, we would love to return with our kids and other family members!

During our holiday, our son became unwell, and the support we received from the hotel team was outstanding. The staff showed genuine concern, helped us whenever we needed assistance, and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Their professionalism and compassion were greatly appreciated.

The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a great variety of delicious options available every day. The service was equally impressive, with staff always attentive, efficient, and eager to help.

Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable and well looked after. Their positive attitude and outstanding hospitality made a real difference to our experience.
