This hotel is in the perfect location for us. Five minutes walk to beach and old town. Rooms are good size and it's worth paying the extra for a pool view unless you get given one on your second visit . Cleaned everyday. Food is good plenty of choice for Spanish and English guests.But it's the staff that make this hotel so helpful and friendly, The evening and entertainment is great and if you mix the Spanish are really friendly. I contacted the hotel in October to ask for a room with a walk-in shower for our December stay. My husband is disabled and cannot use a bath. I was told to ask again 2 days before our arrival, which I did. On arrival,neither of the 2 suitable rooms were available. Not only that, my husband's wheelchair couldn't get into the bathroom. I was told by Rachel, the receptionist, that she had requested a special room for us.

Apart from that, we are very satisfied with the hotel. Food is excellent and the staff are very friendly; one is particularly over-friendly. The evening entertainment is fun and will suit every nationality.
Public car park opposite. Best to buy a bono to save money.

Can't fault the staff at this hotel who were very friendly and helpful however the beds were uncomfortable with an itchy blanket. The fridge was leaking water so we had to put a towel down. The aircon was smelly and loud. The location is conveniently near the old town however right next to a school which played extremely loud music throughout the morning. The food left a lot to be desired, very bland, lukewarm and limited choice. The pool is tiny and outside the front of the hotel. That said the trip was £450 all inclusive for 5 nights so we weren't expecting luxury. Not a bad place if you're on a budget but if you value your sleep and enjoy good food you're best spending more money and staying elsewhere.

My wife and I had a lovely stay, the rooms were big enough, the food was very good and the service from all staff was very good, location about 10 mins into town its a quite hotel which was good we would recomend and are hoping to revisit next year, all on all a very enjoyable holiday.
