A very disappointing experience. Very old rooms and furniture,  and average overall cleanliness. No one at the reception desk. In addition, I left a pair of shoes in the room at checkout and when I wrote informing them about it (the very same day we left), they replied two days later that no shoes were found. No further comment.

This place is the vacation from hell as since I’ve been here me and my partner have played doorman and helped people access there properties as there’s no staff or receptionist and there’s half of the facilities and amenities advertised only I was told in my room I’d have a dryer a washing machine a dishwasher that there would be daily house keeping yet there’s none of that then I was made aware that the house keeping is extra charge so I was falsely lead when booking this accommodation I’m really not happy and  the WiFi doesn’t work my cutlery I had to wash as it was not clean when I first entered the property this is also advertised as Nerja Spain it’s in Maro which is a 1 hour walk from this place water comes under the door when it rains and floods the lobby it has honestly been the vacation from hell and I’ve had nothing but issues since my arrival therefore I’m requesting a refund as this is not acceptable and I feel like I have been denied a holiday that meant for relaxation

We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. While the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the rooms clean, the overall condition of the furniture and facilities made the environment feel uncomfortable. Everything was extremely outdated — from the kitchenware to the beds, which were uneven and uncomfortable to sleep in.

There was no coffee machine in the room, which is something we usually expect. The kitchen equipment was old and worn out, which made it hard to enjoy even a simple breakfast. On top of that, the reservation system was a mess — we had to wait for hours due to disorganization and lack of communication.

Overall, although the cleaning staff did their best, the condition of the room and the poor reservation experience made our stay quite unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless serious renovations are made.

They are using a worthless digital check-in system with lots of bugs. Took us an hour to get access to our room and it’s overall very bad quality on service and accommodation.

The room looked NOTHING like on the images and even though we booked seaview, we had to stare at a road and a garbage container.

Had to book this as it was the only place left with a room on our dates, but in hindsight I should’ve slept in the car instead.

We read some bad review and decided to take the risk. Good food ! We asked the set menu, 3 course was really good, regarding the service, it is typical Andalusia style, we all get used to it, and they are just too busy I guess.

The beds were so dirty and full of holes we had to sleep on the balcony. The room was filthy and The corners were full of spider Webb as if they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. A 4 bed room was just 2 bed and 2 couch with a developing mattress that looked like it was used as cover in the Second World War. I don’t recommend.

This accomodation is located in the holiday resort of Maro. The hotel is located just 1. 2 km away from the nearest beach. Guests will find themselves just a short distance away from the town of Nerja, where they can explore the restaurants, shops and entertainment venues that it has to offer. This charming hotel greets guests with warm hospitality and excellent service. The guest rooms and apartments are tastefully designed, offering a peaceful setting in which to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Guests are invited to take advantage of the excellent facilities that the hotel has to offer. Guests can enjoy a leisurely swim open in summer season in the rooftop pool, then lie back and unwind in the terrace.
