We stayed here the beginning of September. First off the staff are wonderful, very helpful. The pool area was quiet when we were there, plenty of sunbeds and nice chilled vibes, no loud music etc. My only warning is the hotel is located right on a VERY busy main road, so the noise from that isn't great, especially at night. We paid €25 to move rooms as we were in a room directly overlooking the road.  If you are a light sleeper this hotel isn't great, even when we moved rooms to other end of hotel we could hear traffic all through the night. Otherwise a great stay, literally a 5min walk to beach and bus stop right outside.

We had a lovely stay here. Very clean, spacious and nicely decorated rooms. Fairly basic, but had absolutely everything we needed. Really friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, convenient for the train station, and has a bus top right outside. The beach is right across the road. Would definitely return.

Extremely Disappointing Stay : Far Below 4-Star Standards:

The staff was unprofessional and cold, showing no sense of hospitality. There was a complete absence of management,despite multiple attempts to speak with a manager to resolve an issue we encountered during our stay, we were repeatedly ignored. Eventually, the reception bluntly told us, "They don’t want to see you."
On arrival, the bed sheets were torn, the mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows had a terrible smell. The balcony was left dirty for days, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was far below acceptable standards.
This place barely meets the standards of a low-end motel, let alone a 4-star hotel.
To make matters worse, there was an incident where the door slammed shut on someone's finger, and the hotel staff showed zero empathy or reaction ,no assistance, no apology, absolutely nothing.
This experience completely ruined our vacation. We expected comfort and basic respect,we received neither.

Spent 5 nights here. Location great for beach and all the shops/bars/restaurants. The staff very helpful and polite. Spotlessly cleaned. Breakfast (only meal we ate in hotel) had loads of choice and restaurant indoor and outdoor seating.
We had 3 adults and a baby. Room was quite tight with a travel cot and a settee folded into a double bed settee but a fridge and good air con in the room.

The hotel is nice, has what you need generally. On arrival, i was charged 100E deposit, which is fine but i was not aware of this, then on leaving it took some time to get the deposit back as someone had to inspect the room, and i misplaced my paper slip given as a receipt. be aware of this when transport waiting to the airport!
Room is nice, a bed each (very comfortable beds, not so much the sofa bed but to be expected) a fridge and bath, even had toiletries and towels (not allowed on pool side or out of hotel, rent at reception available) very good wifi. However the window did not lock which i feel is very worrying with children. pay to use the safe. i paid extra for sea view and had a big balcony of pool and slight beach view, was nice and worth it. Unfortunately the hotel next door has repairs going on so waking up daily to drilling and loud noises was not as relaxing as desired.
The hotel and room was cleaned well and cleaning staff very efficient and friendly.
Reception staff helpful and friendly, however waitresses at dinner was consistently not too warm and welcoming, abrupt even.
A little disappointing that when we arrived at 10pm after a delay, that was that! no food, no drinks, local shops closed. Every other country and hotel i have widely visited always keep aside food and drinks for arrival of missed dinner, which is paid for in the package. Not here.

Breakfast was very good, nice selection and well cooked. Definitely recommend. chef was lovely.
Dinner was absolutely diabolical, food was horrendous, maybe three selections maximum, mainly fish meals, no flavour, half the selection than breakfast, always cold. Wish i didn’t waist the money adding dinner on. Generally no allergy awareness, signs stating what the food is but no allergy advise.

Location is great, not too far from airport, 30min taxi or hour coach. so close to stunning beach, shops, markets a bus ride away or 8E taxi. good selection of different cafes, restaurants and bars ect.
