We forgot to write a review when we stayed in may earlier this year and have just remembered whilst booking for June 2026. We loved everything about this hotel, the staff were lovely - especially Nelly who we hope we will see again! The rooms were an amazing size and always clean. We celebrated our birthdays on our last trip here and the staff went above and beyond with cake delivered to our room - will recommend this hotel to everyone. Great location great breakfast selection and most important, great staff. Can’t wait to come back!!!

My wife & I booked a short city break through Jet2 to Las Palmas staying at this harbour/port area. We had checked out several places to stay which could offer easy access to the city area whilst also providing some luxury to this stay.

From the airport the hotel was approx 20 mins drive by car/taxi, with a taxi costing approx €40. Upon arrival it was clear the immediate surrounding area in particular to the front of the hotel is undergoing building and transformation by the local council/government but that did not impact our stay.

Upon arrival late evening we were greeted by the nigh porter/reception member of staff who was extremely helpful. He made us aware of an upgraded room having enquired and for a further €100 for the 4 day stay we switched to a slightly larger sea facing room.

The reception/lobby is very nicely decorated with plenty of comfy seating and bar. The dining area is small but more than sufficient for the number of guests and extremely clean, tidy and cosy.

Our room was lovely (forgive picture which was taken as we were checking out). Very modern, huge floor to ceiling window and comfy bed. Plenty of storage space and sockets to charge things. Nice walk in shower. Air conditioning and heating in room, daily free bottles of water provided which could be stored in the mini fridge. Steam iron device in the wardrobe that you could used whilst items were hung up which came in very handy, safe in room with digital code at no extra cost and TV with English news channel.

If you were driving and needed to park I would suggest using the modest sized multi-storey car park some 6-10 mins walk away near the local Mall which is €10 for 24 hours. There is also a car rental business there which we used and were able to get a decent car for 3 days for just €60 and dropped it off at the airport saving us a need for a taxi.

Breakfast in the hotel was served downstairs in the dining area. Huge selection of items to choose from including a brilliant coffee machine for that all important cappuccino. Additional cooked to order items are available to select, and in this space I would recommend the eggs benedict, they were amazing.

On the rooftop is a bar, lounge and pool with sun-beds. A beautiful spot which we used each day. Tremendous views of the city and harbour. Bar staff were fantastic and ensured you were served with a person touch. Pool is not huge of course but was nice for a dip to cool off in the afternoon sun. Bar snacks are available too, defo try the nachos! Gas heaters were switched on in the evening to help keep you warm (given we were there in October).

Only slight frustration on our last day at the hotel was that the rooftop area was closed with only a few hours notice for a private function. Disappointing as we had planned to use it before heading to airport.

Overall however this is a great hotel, good location for the city and with clean and tidy rooms and nice breakfast and staff.  The city has some nice shops, beaches and restaurants to explore.

The hotel's central location is a notable advantage, and the breakfast offering is commendable for its variety. We recommend arriving at the breakfast area before 9:00 am, as tables tend to fill up quickly.

We experienced some issues with the housekeeping service during our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms were not consistently cleaned to a high standard, and several items were left unattended. We hope that the hotel will take steps to improve the housekeeping service to meet the expectations of its guests.

The hotel itself is new and very nice. The problem is the neighbor, an open air music scene with high level of noise. I feel sorry for the hotel, but I also blame the hotel that they didn’t warn us about the noise.

Great hotel except our experience has been ruined by a loud mouth woman walking around with a selfie stick videoing us & others, shes smoking cannabis on the grounds and the smell ends up in your room. I had asked her to stop but was told she's famous and has permission. I just wamt to leave.

Great hotel with fantastic views. The rooms are really very good but they lack drawer space and the illuminated wardrobe would not turn off.
The roof terrace is amazing and can be visited by the general public as well as residents. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Breakfasts are really, really good. Catering for all tastes.
The only fly in the ointment is that at present, opposite has been cleared for redevelopment thus the three stars for location. Once the park has been reinstated then the view will be much improved. Loved watching the ships dock.
