Things To Keep In Mind

The room 504 have a strange window on the stairs. Everytime somebody go through the stairs it light up the room...
This huge window have a glass door which does not close properly and therefore the mosquito go through and make a nightmare from your night.
The air conditioner is a part of this nightmare! Each time it turns on it makes a tractor sounds...
At the breakfast you don't even get an hello from the staff. It's pretty sad to not feel welcome.

The hotel is a small, cozy, and quiet hotel located in the heart of Alcudia's old town.

We had a small, clean room with everything we needed.

A good breakfast was served in a restaurant not far from the hotel.

We unexpectedly spent four nights in the family room. I'd like to address the previously written reviews, as they made me feel a bit apprehensive. SPOILER ALERT: there's no need to feel apprehensive!

The family room (505) is incredibly spacious and beautifully furnished. There isn't a separate bathroom; instead, the bathroom elements are integrated into the room. Whether you like this style or not is a matter of personal preference, but it fits the concept of a boutique hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Alcúdia, so everything you need is just around the corner, and you're immediately in the thick of things. As in any city, it can get a bit noisy in the evenings or at night from the street, but in my opinion, these are things you should be aware of when booking a hotel in the city center. The hotel itself can't be held responsible for this.

The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Both breakfast and dinner are served in a lovely setting and are absolutely adequate for the price! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and explored many places in Alcudia. In the evenings, we savored the diverse culinary offerings right around the corner.

The room's soundproofing needs improvement; it's completely lacking.
You could hear every time someone entered or left the hotel (at all hours). We were woken up several times.
Check-in is in a nearby building, so perhaps we could have been notified in advance.

We arrived late since we were coming from the mainland, but there were no problems and we were served immediately. We were quickly able to get into our room to rest.
The room was excellent. They are very nice and very well equipped.
The next day we went to the hotel bar for breakfast, and it was also fabulous. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. The surroundings, both in the hotel itself and in the bar, are very beautiful.
The location is also excellent, as it is in a walled area with an exquisite setting.
I would not hesitate to recommend it.

We arrived, and although the room has a jacuzzi, it doesn't live up to the price they're asking. There's no king-size bed; it's just two beds pushed together, and the mattress leaves a lot to be desired. And especially room 505, the entire night was bothered by the noise of an engine that we don't know where it's coming from, but that goes off every 5 minutes. A hell of a night.
The breakfast may be amazing, but it doesn't make up for the rest.
