The apartment was fine, we were on the first floor. Adequate size, nice view, comfortable beds, daily cleaning. The gym is 40 years old, there is no air conditioning, but you can work out. We didn't order breakfast because we didn't feel like it. The shower barely runs, it takes a long time. There is no microwave or coffee maker. You have to pay for the shuttle bus and the sunbeds. There were two employees who were quite rude. One was a woman who sold me one bottle of water but told me to buy six because it was worth it. I said I only needed one. She asked me if I couldn't count. The other was an old man. I went to the parking lot to set up the GPS, but he laughed at me. The bodybuilder kid is a good guy.

Lovely self catering apartments with a kitchen. The rooms are all well air conditioned and very clean. The cleaners and all the staff are very nice and were always on hand to help.  Great place in a great location, will definitely be going back .. thank you to Lucas and the team !   Also a pretty decent gym as well , and literally next to the beach with amazing sunsets 🥰

Lovely spacious apartment (although toilet & balcony a bit on the small side).Air Conditioning was fantastic. If you require any more cooking utensils, just ask at reception and they will provide you with them.All the staff were very friendly & polite. Housekeeping was excellent, rooms cleaned every day (except Sundays).Fresh towels daily.Lovely sandy beach at the rear of the hotel,although sometimes the sea can be a little rough.

This was our third stay at Helios Bay Hotel and definitely not the last one. Everything about this place is simply gorgeous. Beautifull, recently refurbished apartments, each comes with living room with kitchen corner and a separate bedroom. Very spacious, comforable beds, kitchen well eqiupped even for simple cooking. Balcony with beautifull views of the hotel's garden or the sea.
There's a nice swimming pool with separate part for the smallest children, inflatables and balls always available to use by the quests. Plenty of deck chairs with umbrellas, even though the hotel was fully booked during our stay, we never had a problem to find a nice spot by the pool. There's a pool bar that offers drinks, ice cream and few simple, but very tasty meals.
The hotel is relatively small and therefore quiet and very pleasant. No loud music booming from the bar, no wild parties taking place in the evening.
Very kind staff at the reception, always ready to help. Nicos, the manager, is very kind and the communnication prior to our stay to discuss details is always very pleasant. He doesn't hesitate to go far beyond his duties to satisfy the clients.
There's a small beach right in front of the hotel, never too busy. The sea is a bit rough some days, but we like it that way.
Plenty of restaurants and a small minimarket/gift shop in a walking distance. Bus stop right in front of the hotel and the bus takes you quickly to other beaches, Lidl, shopping mall or the harbour.
With each stay this place clings to our hearts more and more. We come for a week or two, but wish we could stay forever ❤️

Our favorite hotel, we have stayed here at least 10 times. Everyone is helpful and kind. The view is priceless, you get recharged just by looking at it. Children love the pools. There are many wonderful beaches nearby. We look forward to coming every year.

Beautiful hotel ideally located, close to the shopping center, the beach, and Paphos airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is very welcoming and always friendly. There is also a convenient machine available for only €4. It’s a small, cozy, family-friendly hotel, perfect if you’re traveling with children. Direct access to the beach and stunning sunsets. I highly recommend it! 🌅

Quiet hotel, housekeeping was fantastic. Rooms at first glance were very basic but they provided us everything we needed, extremely comfortable beds. Air con worked well. We had our 22 month old with us so was worried about the noise but the hotel really is peaceful and quiet. Right by the beach and a short walk to a few restaurants. Bus stop right outside was very handy also. We were able to pay for late check out as very late flight home. Laundry services were very helpful. Staff could be a bit more friendlier but appreciate they were very busy. Would visit again (although july was too hot for us!)

Each is air-conditioned and has a fully-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The hotel is located 4 km from downtown Paphos and 5 km from the Coral Bay. The public bus stop is directly outside our hotel, with busses every 15 minutes for Coral Bay and Paphos port and city centre. We provide our own parking lot free of charge, and free wifi in the hotel's public areas
