Perched just 50 metres from the sandy beach, the 5-star Haydarpasha Palace offers a magnificent stay for the entire family. Alanya, a bustling resort town that’s home to historic sights and vibrant nightlife, can be found just a 23-minute drive away, but the hotel has got plenty on its doorstep. Beachfront bars, restaurants serving up international cuisine and shops can all be found within a few minutes’ walk, while kids will lap up the fun at Sealanya Dolphinpark Seapark - found just a 13-minute walk away. Those opting for car hire (available for a surcharge) may also decide to make the most of the hotel’s close location to other family friendly spots, including Alanya funfair, Aqua City amusement park and İncekum Nature Park.
Almost 500 rooms can be found at Haydarpasha Palace, each one offering spectacular views of the hotel’s grounds or the nearby area. Standard rooms are elegantly decorated with lashings of gold accessories and feature an LCD TV, a balcony, phone, minibar, air conditioning, free WiFi access and a safe. En-suite facilities include a WC, sink area, makeup mirror and shower. Family rooms, made up of two bedrooms with one or two bathrooms are available, while those after more space can spread out in a split-level family duplex room. Rooms specially designed for those with physical disabilities are available too.
Guests will be spoilt for choice when it comes to deciding where to eat. Start your day off right at the main restaurant which offers a brimming breakfast buffet from 7:30am until 10am. There are five fantastic a la carte restaurants on-site which each bring something different to the table - there’s Turkish, Asian and Italian cuisine to be enjoyed, alongside fish and steak. The pool bar has a selection of refreshing drinks to be enjoyed, while alcoholic beverages are served inside at the lobby bar. Those fancying something a little different will also find a wide selection of bars and restaurants just a short walk from the hotel.
Haydarpasha Palace’s grounds are a holidaymakers’ dream, complete with several outside pools for cooling off during the hot summer months. The pools are also heated during the shoulder seasons of March to May and October to November, allowing off-peak travellers to get in on the action too. There’s a small aquapark that’s specifically for kids, while the aquapark has plenty of slides to keep guests entertained. Meanwhile, the luxurious spa has everything needed for a peaceful rest, with facilities including two indoor pools, a steam room, sauna and Hammam. Evening entertainment comes in the form of many activities - there’s bingo, live music performances and a nightclub.
