Location is very good – it's only about 200m to the beach. The sea view room offers a very nice view of the beach. The hotel is next to a busy road, but I used earplugs at night, so it didn’t disturb my sleep. Friendly staff, clean enough, and good food. Ideal for a budget holiday.

The hotel is absolutely fine – the value for money is on point.
The service was much better than expected; the staff are extremely friendly and attentive.

The only thing I would criticize is the food, but honestly, for one week all-inclusive with flights for €350, there's really nothing to complain about.

The hotel staff go above and beyond to meet every guest’s needs. No matter what it was, you just had to ask and you'd get what you needed right away – without any extra charges or hassle.

My wife had her birthday while we were there, and they even brought a beautiful cake to our room.

All in all, I can absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for shopping and sun!

The location was the best part of this hotel. the food was limited we ate at the hotel twice. English visitors the staff try but there is a language barrier. Despite being all inclusive, i asked for a large cola in a big glass as the small glasses are a tiny and fit 3 sips in, and was told i wasn’t allowed it. unsure as to why. Personal details such as phone numbers are not kept confidential. We met up with some friends whilst out there and one of the staff started messaging her. and when she complained to the manager. management said she must have gave her details to them. Which didn’t happen. we also got charged an extra £150 upon arrival as they said we had an economy room and a balcony room which we already had paid for was the additional £150. the rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. Went with clean white socks and they are now ruined from the floors in the room. The fridge which they have in the room is only for things bought within the hotel as said via the label on the fridge. All you hear throughout the night/day is banging doors. one night when we got back to the hotel we found dirty bed sheets put on. Overall the hotel didn’t ruin our holiday, we ate out and still had a amazing time, but personally i wouldn’t stay here again.

The location was great,  literally 30 yards from the beach. The rooms were clean but only had 2 plug sockets, one of which had a fridge plugged in. You can't take any food or drink to your room.
Service was OK.
The food. Horrendous. Leftover food was reused the next day, there wasn't a meal served hot. We stopped eating in the hotel and used restaurants. Cold Leftover chips covered in a watery tomato sauce was one of the better things served.
Definitely won't stop there again

Went there for a week with my 8 years old daughter.Horrible service,kids wasn't allowed to play a bowl in the swimming pool.Food discounting

( we went all inclusive but never eat there) everyday for a week they serve the same smelly dishes.Temperature in the restaurant was nearly 40 degress.Some of the staff bearly speak English.I went to order a apple juice for my daughter,bar staff look at me strange thinking ,,for the hell she wants,,...I end up with fanta...

This place is terrible!! Only redeeming factor is location which is across the road from a beautiful beach with lovely water. Food was terrible, they could put a small selection of nuggets and chips for young children as most English kids won’t eat Turkish food. We went all inclusive but ended up paying for at least one full meal outside hotel everyday as the family kept getting stomach issues. The woman that runs reception could do with hospitality lessons, she’s rude angry and wants to charge customers extra for any minor infraction ( small amount of fruit shoot on a towel) tried to charge me 400 TL for a stain that my partner washed out clean in a sink. One male staff member ( looks like mr bean ) kept touching my sons face and clicking his fingers around his ears, was also seen taking ear defenders off an autistic child’s head and laughing, the person had to be told forcefully to keep hands of my 6 year old.
Hotel rooms have 1 AC unit for two rooms so it’s uncomfortable to sleep at night as it’s so hot, ridiculous rules regarding not taking food into the hotel likes snacks from the shop and pool closes too early. All locals we met laughed at us for staying in this hotel

We had a great experience staying at this hotel.
The best thing about it is that it's close to the public beach. In fact it's so close to the sea that going to the beach and back takes almost no time. There's a pool too. We had breakfast included and it was pretty good as well. The rooms and the hotel territory are clean.
