Things To Keep In Mind

I honestly don’t understand how some guests can give this hotel 5 stars. Already at check-in, you have to pay extra for Wi-Fi, even though you booked “all-inclusive” – an absolute rip-off.

The room was tiny, the bathroom a disaster. In the morning, it smelled like stale water or worse – simply disgusting. On top of that, the shower water was always cold, so you couldn’t even take a proper shower.

The food was consistently disappointing. Breakfast every day was just baguette, two types of cold cuts, endless kinds of cheese, olives, salad, cereal, and scrambled eggs with sucuk. No variety, nothing fresh. Lunch and dinner were just as monotonous and of poor quality – really hard to enjoy. During meals, the staff kept walking past you every two seconds, which was extremely annoying.

“All-inclusive” here is also a bad joke: after 10 p.m., you have to pay for drinks at the bar. Towels were simply removed from the loungers as well. And the worst part: the cleaning lady pocketed the money that was left out on the dresser.

Most of the staff were unfriendly – the only exception was Ahmed Ayhan, who was the only one friendly and attentive. And by the way, the lunch boxes are complete rubbish! We left them in the room.

Be ashamed of yourselves !

Conclusion: This hotel is in no way recommendable. If you want to enjoy your vacation, you should definitely stay away!

This hotel truly feels like a home away from home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff treat you with genuine kindness, and every detail is taken care of with love. 🌸 The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and cozy, and from the very first moment you arrive, you feel completely relaxed. Such positive energy and a great vibe here — definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for comfort and hospitality. 💫

I would rate this hotel no more than 3 stars.
Unfortunately, the first impression was far from welcoming – the receptionist was consistently unfriendly and unapproachable, lacking any sense of hospitality. We were given a room where the power kept shutting off, and when we reported the issue, we were told this was considered “normal.” The explanation given was that you can’t charge your phone and run the air conditioner at the same time. Eventually, we insisted on being moved to another room.

It also seemed that the staff were displeased that we didn’t speak Russian. Just to clarify – Lithuania is not a part of russia. Displaying both the russian and Ukrainian flags side by side outside the hotel feels, at the very least, tone-deaf given the current geopolitical context.

The food, although repetitive, was acceptable for a budget-class hotel – no major complaints in that regard. However, overall, there is definitely room for improvement.

The hotel is located far from the beach but close to the city center. Unfortunately, it was very noisy – loud music played all the time, which spoiled the vacation. There is also no shuttle to the beach.

The rooms are old, very hot, and clearly need renovation.

On the good side, the food was tasty, and the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Nika at the reception – she was always kind, helpful, and welcoming. The guys at the reception also spoke English, which was convenient. The paid internet worked perfectly.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel – for the same price you can find a better place. But Kemer itself is beautiful, with a nice beach, interesting excursions, and even a botanical park nearby.

The hotel is located in the most central area of Kemer, close to the beach, the city center, and many places you can visit. The rooms were comfortable, and the restaurant was delicious and clean. The hotel’s pool was also very nice, and in the evening, it’s a great choice to enjoy a pleasant and sweet time by the poolside. We really liked and loved it, and I would also like to mention that the staff were very attentive.

In a familiar atmosphere, you will get a clean and  a good service in this hotel, which has 6 family rooms, 12 triple rooms and 63 double rooms.  ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT, Tennis court (hard court, floot light), Billards,  Table tennis, Darts, Fitness center, Sauna, Massage,  TV room, Swimming pool, Children pool, Pool bar,  Open-air and indoor restaurant, Breakfast and dinner as open buffet, Public children's playground.  Once a week Turkish night.</p>
