Clean rooms with everything you need for your stay. Coffee pod machine kettle and fridge. Nice big walkin shower and all toiletries. Beds very comfy too Checking was easy and friendly. The only thing missing was lack of coat hanger only 4. Great location

Rooms are clean, spacious and modern with a kitchenette spacious balcony and a tele which you can twist around. Pool isn’t huge but we always managed to get a sun lounger. Although, there is a lot of people who do just leave towels all day and no one really monitors this which did result in a few people not getting a bed from other groups. Atmosphere round pool was brilliant and had a good mixture of people and age ranges. There can be a lot of hens and stags up for fun and that are lively so if you have children keep that in mind. Staff in the restaurant were great and helpful and always having a joke and making peoples holiday. Drinks were reasonably priced and the breakfast was great value for money. We did want to keep our room on for a late check out as our flight was late, but they couldn’t accommodate but they did let us leave our cases in front of reception so it wasn’t an issue but the only place to shower is the one around the pool. The location was ideal with plenty of places close by which as supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and a short walk to the strip. Overall, we will definitely stay again and will make this our regular hotel when going to Benidorm.

Great location 2 minutes from the indoor market, very nice large rooms with a kitchen and spacious lounge & balcony. My only gripe would be, during my 4 day stay when the room was cleaned the tea, coffee & milk weren't replenished & the cups & glasses weren't washed, without purchasing washing up liquid & a sponge I made do with rinsing.
