Staff were great — really welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived.

Rooms are modern and comfortable. We were originally given twin beds rather than a king, but reception sorted a mattress topper for us straight away, which helped a lot - it was actually really comfortable.

We booked a superior room with a cathedral view and it was lovely.

Breakfast was excellent. Loads of choice and eggs (and other food) cooked to order.

Location is spot on — right next to the market and only a short walk to the cathedral.

The rooftop bar was good too.

We have loved our 4 nights here. The hotel is lovely and so well placed, near to everything.  The staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. A big thank you to Lorena Diaz during breakfast. She has really helped me to learn my Spanish! Such a lovely ‘mujer.’ Would love to come back again very soon.

Location is the absolut best location, 2 minutes walk from the train and 4 minutes walk from the main shopping street. 2 minutes to shoppingcenter and 5 minutes to primark. 5/5
The breakfast was absolutely lovely, many things to choose from, pastries, fruit, yogurt, bread and a lot of different juices 5/5.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week. The weather in Malaga was much alike the weather back home in Scotland and despite that we had a lovely time. The staff make this hotel, they are friendly, attentive and always willing to help out.

The architecture is fun and quirky, every room has its own balcony and the rooms are spacious and well equipped, USB sockets aplenty, different lighting options, international TV channels (it rained a lot...) and YouTube available directly on the TV.

Breakfast is lovely with a good variety and different options of a set menu. The rooftop bar is a huge plus, it offers a nice setting to come back after a day exploring the city and enjoying a negroni or nice glass of wine. Again, the staff are great here.

If you are looking for a base to explore Malaga than the H10 Croma is highly recommended, central location, not just for the historical centre, but also to head out into the wider city with a nearby railway station and metro stop. If you want a pool I suppose you won't be too happy with the size of the rooftop pool, but that was of no concern in January.

Our stay at H10 Hotel Málaga in January for five nights was the best hotel experience we have had so far.
We were traveling with our 1.5-year-old son, and from the very first moment we felt genuinely welcomed. Upon arrival, our son received a coloring book and crayons, which was a small but very thoughtful gesture.
We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was very comfortable and well arranged. The room was cleaned every single day, and as a lovely touch, gummy candies were left on the bed after housekeeping, which we really appreciated.
The service was outstanding throughout the entire stay. The staff was attentive, professional, and extremely family-friendly. At breakfast, our son always had a high chair prepared for him as soon as we arrived, without us having to ask.
The breakfast experience was exceptional. In addition to a rich buffet where everyone could find something they enjoy, we were always served fresh bread rolls and croissants directly at the table, along with a breakfast menu that perfectly complemented the buffet selection. Everything was fresh and delicious.
From the beginning to the end of our stay, we truly felt well taken care of in every aspect, which made traveling with a small child completely stress-free.
A real highlight of the hotel is the rooftop bar with a pool, offering a fantastic 360-degree view over Málaga - an absolute must-visit.
We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.
