We stayed at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace for 3 days and overall had a pleasant experience, though with a few disappointments. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained, the welcome was warm, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel facilities are nice, and the pool area is enjoyable. However, only the infinity pool is heated, it’s quite small, and since it’s the only warm one outdoors, it gets crowded quickly. There is another heated pool indoors, but we couldn’t really enjoy it as it was constantly occupied by families with children, making it far from relaxing.

Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was below expectations. During our three-night stay, the room was not properly cleaned, they only changed the towels and the bathroom mat, and made the bed, but the glasses were never washed, and the floor was never cleaned. For a hotel of this category, that was quite disappointing.

The food selection is varied, but unfortunately the quality doesn’t always match the variety. We found most desserts to taste quite artificial and not very pleasant. Also, even when staying on half board, guests have to pay for water during meals, and no complimentary water is provided in the room. This really doesn’t reflect the standards expected from a 4-star hotel, especially considering the price paid.

The smart TV in our room never worked properly, as it couldn’t connect to the internet. When we reported the issue, we were told that nothing could be done and that there was no solution available, which was frustrating.

I also booked a special dinner for our anniversary almost six weeks in advance, but the hotel only contacted me the day before to confirm the details. When we arrived, the team seemed overwhelmed by a large group, our table wasn’t ready, and the “surprise” was poorly executed, it was brought out quickly right as we were getting the bill. On the positive side, they did offer us two complimentary cocktails to enjoy at any of the hotel bars, which was a nice gesture.

We had the most relaxing time! Perfect location to explore Caleta and all their fabulous restaurants!
All the staff are most helpful and go the  extra Mile to make your stay perfect.
My only criticism is the canteen like atmosphere for breakfast .
The entertainment every evening was very good. Bar staff friendly and efficient.

Good place in front of the water, great beaches around and nice walks. Good food for all choices. Good for kids - plenty activities. Overall very good for a huge hotel which can host more than 1000 people at the same time, which we did not find crowded even when the hotel was fully booked. Probably for a middle aged couple without kinds we would choose a different place just to avoid noise and not to pay for the services and activities which we don’t need.

Hotel location was excellent!!  Everything I could have needed was within walking distance.  The staff was amazing, very professional, and friendly.  The only thing was there were no tea kettle or coffee in the room.  Having a morning tea or coffee on that great balcony would have been perfect.  Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.  I would certainly stay at this property again.

Overall, it's a good hotel, but the standards are not what I'd expect for a 4-star hotel. I booked for 6 nights and paid extra for a sea view balcony, but I got a palm tree view instead. On the first day, upon arrival and checking the room, we went back to reception and were told our room had been upgraded to a family room. They said they could change it the next day, but there would be no sea view, as only premium rooms have sea views. After we arrived and got comfortable, we didn't want to change rooms and lose time enjoying this beautiful island.

We had an amazing break here with our 6month old baby recently. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel was very stylish and comfortable. The food was fantastic and excellent value with lots of variety. The facilities on site were great and we enjoyed the seafront walks exploring the local area. For our first trip abroad with our little one we couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Three of us came to stay for 4 nights and 4 days. For a 4 star establishment the hotel was making a very good impression from the get go. The lobby was welcoming and giving off elegant vibes. Reception was welcoming and ready to help, they explained everything clearly and without any issues. We booked two separate rooms but they were allocated close to each other and our cases were immediately taken off of us to be carried by a porter to our rooms. Initially the hotel was a bit difficult to navigate but we got used to the routes quickly.

The rooms were pristine clean and well sized. The beds, albeit a bit firm, were comfortable. We read that if you book a higher tier service level you get a “pillow menu” which could’ve meant a better pillow but all in all the sleep quality was good. Bathrooms were spotless and well maintained with a good selection of toiletries and a reasonably good hairdryer. The WiFi is on the slow side and even though the TV was a smart TV with apps we couldn’t figure out how to connect it to the WiFi so there was no Netflix or Disney+ for us, though it was no issue. The part where we were was quiet, no disturbances overnight.

The restaurant was big, the food selection for our half board stay plentiful and tasty. Every evening there was something different to choose from and it was always restocked. The restaurant even had robots to whizz around with clear plates which was nice to see. On the downside: we were a bit frustrated to see that not even still water was included with a half board package and we were charged €2.80 for less than a litre. This negative was overlooked however when we discovered that sparkling wine is basically bottomless at breakfast and is included.

Other facilities: the sky bar on top of the hotel offers fantastic sunset views and offers drinks with a table service. The selection is the same as on the outside terrace by the pool though. The latter I wouldn’t recommend for cocktails, they are served in a plastic glass and are seemingly prepared without any care.
The gym is alright, it offered enough for a workout but is not extensive. The AC was not on and it felt really humid and muggy inside. We only used it once and it didn’t bother us.
The pools are good, clean, the water is a good temperature, though some might find it a bit cold. There are lots of sunbeds available.The gardens around are well maintained and beautiful.

All in all, we had a great stay and the hotel was frankly better than a 5-star resort we stayed in not long ago. We can recommend staying here.
