Overall, the hotel is okay and has a lot of potential, but our initial welcome left a bad impression. The first interaction with the staff could have been much warmer and more welcoming. However, the majority of staff we met throughout our stay were nice, particularly the cleaners, who were incredibly kind and friendly and the staff who perform birthday celebration.

The biggest issue was the lack of WiFi which was extremely unreliable and barely worked, especially in the upstairs rooms. Mobile data was also slow, making it difficult to stay connected. For a “4-star hotel” to advertise WiFi when it is practically unusable was very disappointing, especially when reliable access is important for guests travelling abroad and needing to make calls or contact family.

The fact that a paid “VIP WiFi” option was offered is so silly because it seemed like guests were being pushed towards paying extra for a service that is expected to work in a 4-star hotel.

This is my second time staying here and it goes without saying it is always amazing, we always get treated and shown the best hospitality. The rooms are big and clean and the cleaner always put lovely hearts and petals x

Absolutely love the pool, the hamman and slide. We are walking distance from the main town and beach. There is a shuttle bus service also.

I look forward to returning ☺️

We have just finished our stay at the Grand Viking Hotel and honestly could not be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of staff went above and beyond to make our holiday special.

The first thing that stood out was the incredible friendliness of the staff. Every single person we interacted with was welcoming, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. We came here to celebrate both mine and my girlfriend’s birthdays, and the hotel made them truly memorable. The staff surprised us with birthday celebrations, complete with cakes, sparklers, music, and a lovely ceremony that made us feel genuinely appreciated. It was a fantastic touch and something we will remember for a long time.

The food deserves special praise. The variety available every single day is outstanding. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and freshly made Turkish pancakes meant there was always something delicious to eat. Even after staying for an extended period, there was enough choice to keep meals interesting. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and catered to a wide range of tastes. We also noticed how accommodating the staff were when it came to dietary requirements and allergies, always willing to help with special requests and answer any questions.

The rooms are modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. Ours had a large balcony, effective air conditioning, and plenty of space. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and we especially appreciated receiving large bottles of water daily to keep us hydrated in the Turkish heat.

The pool area is another highlight. The pool itself is spacious and never felt overcrowded, while the waterslide provided plenty of fun throughout our stay. There is also plenty to keep guests entertained, including a children’s room, table tennis, and a games room with activities such as foosball. The games room costs just €1 per game, which is very reasonable.

One thing we really enjoyed was the atmosphere around the hotel. Guests came from all over the world and from all age groups, creating a friendly and welcoming environment. Whether you’re travelling as a couple, with friends, or as a family, the hotel seems to cater for everyone.

The all-inclusive package offers fantastic value. There is a wide selection of drinks available, including Pepsi, wine, vodka, gin, cocktails, and more. Considering everything that is included, the value for money is honestly incredible and far exceeded our expectations.

The hotel also provides a shuttle service to its private beach, making it easy to enjoy both the pool and the sea during your stay. Evening entertainment takes place every night with a variety of music and activities, ensuring there is always something happening. As football fans, we also loved that major World Cup matches were shown, which created a brilliant atmosphere among guests.

There is also a spa available for those looking to relax further, with treatments available at an additional cost.

If I had to mention one small negative, it would be that the free Wi-Fi is only available in the reception area. However, room Wi-Fi is available for just €3 per day, which is actually very reasonable and worked well when needed.

Overall, the Grand Viking Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The amazing staff, fantastic food, comfortable rooms, great entertainment, excellent facilities, and unbelievable value for money made this one of the best hotel experiences we have had. We would not hesitate to return and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Kemer.

Everything was perfect! It is not a big hotel but you have everything you need.
-The rooms are big enough and there is a lot of storage which is a big plus. They are also cleaned every day, towels replaced and water brought to the room.
- The food is amazing! Not a big selection but you can say that it is cooked with soul. Everything is very tasty especially the deserts. I was in more luxurious hotels and the deserts all tasted the same. Here you really get comfort food 😊.
- all the staff we interacted with was very kind, thoughtful, smiling. A big THANK YOU to the reception team for going out of their way to make us feel welcomed and pampered. A big thanks also to Umit from the bar for his big smile!
Overall, it was a great experience and the great people working there made it like this. A great value for money.
Also it is very close to the city center, parcs, beach etc. 15 minutes of walking and you're there. This is a big plus for people who don't want to rent a car.
Something worth mentioning as an improvement point would be the animation part. There is animation only 2 days per week and it is not great. The blond female singer has no voice, the other girl faked playing the violin even on songs that didn't have violin, etc. I think more should be invested in this entertainment part. Bring talented singers, organize coffee games, pool parties and activities.
Thank you again, we'll definitely come back next time we are in Kemer.

This place was so convinient it had so many scenic locations nearby and to get to the city centre or beach was very easy. The hotel workers were very hardworking and in general everything was good. The hotel really felt like home and I would recommend
