Just came back from the 9 days holidays in Grand Uysal hotel.
The hotel is really nice, staff was super friendly.
Hotel is really clean, cleaning staff cleaned our room every single day.
Hotel location is perfect choice for people who loves  to be in the city, a lot of bars and coffes around.
Now about the food..
The food looked quite appealing for the first few days, but it quickly became monotonous, especially at lunch.

And finally, you definitely need to do something about the elevator in block 3. Almost every time I used the elevator, it would get stuck for a few minutes.

But overall it was a really good experience, the hotel exceeded expectations

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. From the moment I walked in, I regretted booking. The bed sheets were clearly used — stained and definitely not washed. Even after calling reception many times the staff were disrespectful and were disregarding the problem. The next day they sent cleaners which we then thought the bedsheets were going to be changed, however upon arriving back to the room it was the same dirty bed sheets just the bed spreaders out. We were then told bedsheets doesn’t get changed regularly only every 3 days…Trying to take a shower was another nightmare: the water was barely lukewarm at best, and sometimes just freezing cold. And the toilets? Filthy. The seat looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, which made using the bathroom feel disgusting. For the price, this is completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone — not even as a last resort. Spend your money anywhere else.

We stayed at this hotel in October and absolutely loved it!
Nice hotel, all the staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the shows were interesting. Spa was also very good. We'd love to come back.

Just got back from 10 nights here.
The Staff all seemed friendly, I think she was the manager,  "tall lady with dark wavy hair' always walking around , saying hello to guests  and the place is spotlessly clean.
Really friendly fella in the onsite shop and the missus had a massage , which she said was great value for money.
Easy access to the beach under a tunnel from the hotel .
It was our first time away with no children,  we found most of the entertainment shows pretty decent, the kids stuff before is quite repetitive,  but so are all hotels .
We just popped to Relax Cafe, "near the tunnel" for a couple while that was on.
Really friendly man who runs it.
Breakfast in the hotel wasn't for me, I do like a bit of bacon , sprouts and onion rings is a little weird.

The lunchtime and evening food was decent enough,  things always get a little repetitive in these kind of places , chicken  kebab night was my favourite.

My biggest complaint would be the temperature of the food, in 10 nights I may have had 1 hot meal.
Im not sure if the heaters needed turning up a bit more , alot of them said 28.

I do like my food hot and this was my biggest frustration.

Overall , we both enjoyed our time here.

I’ve just returned home today from 10 days at the Grand Uysal hotel. I went with my family and friends (9 of us in total).

I cannot fault anything about this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and cleaned regularly throughout our stay.

The food was amazing with a fantastic variety every day and snacks (chips, burgers, salad, fruit) available in between meal times.

The alcoholic drinks are strong, not watered down like most all inclusive hotels.

The pool areas are beautiful and very clean.

The entertainment was the best I have ever seen at an all inclusive hotel.

Beach very close, just through small tunnel and you’re there.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. We had the perfect stay x

We had a very pleasant experience in this hotel. The service staff by the pool, restaurant, bar, beach, clean services really make an effort to make you feel very well taken care of.
The girls by the front desk needs more training being less afraid to be friendly, they were not unfriendly either and maybe is part of their culture -it is a constructive criticism.
But going back to our stay, it was really great, the pool was crowed, but what you can expect in August? Nice activities in the pool.
Their beach was clean during the day and evening while the staff is working.
When we took walks late in the evening  by the beaches beside we saw plastic bottles and other plastic package left on the sand by local people who were “partying”. This hotel makes a big  effort to maintain their beach clean so the water is clean, but it would very good to ask other hotels to cooperate with the environment as well -If they think out of the box on the climate change. For us who live in countries there we recycle everything and take care of nature it is very important this issue wherever we go.
As for our stay I would really recommended it, if you don’t mind to stay 5 km from the harbor.
Their Spa is really a super plus! The entertainment was great, the food was very tasty.
The Turkish show was really really a blast!

Stayed here in the height of summer and overall, the hotel is lovely and clean, the staff are nice but the overall experience is lacking.

Massive negative is the fact there's nowhere near enough sun beds and you have t literally go out at 6:30 to get a bed. You have no chance in getting one after breakfast and even up to 5pm until people start going in for dinner.

It's a massive problem for families and it means you have to be glued to the pool all day. If you are like us and want the normal freedoms that come with every hotel we've ever stayed in, don't expect it here.

there is the beach, which mostly you can get a bed, but 5/10 day we were here, nearly all of the beds get washed away by large waves and you have to retreat back in, unless you are lucky to get the back row.

Foods nice but Turkey is renown for all different types of food that don't actually make up meals.

The choice of all inclusive drinks is just not good enough for the price - Beer, Wine and four spirits, soft drinks and a few juices gets incredibly boring even after a few days - You can buy drinks, but we never saw anyone do that.

When it's not entertainment nights, or anytime past 12am, they simply close up and turn the lights off and you are literally sat in the dark - That's despicable when there's only two small areas in the whole hotel to drink and listen to music.

The man who owns the shop is nasty and it's unacceptable. we know he has to make a living, but if you call him out on the ludicrous prices, he goes on one, and he won't hold back. pathetic.

Love this hotel been 4years in a row now. Staff are great. Good food and so friendly I feel it’s like a home from home. Ali in the shop has become a friendly face for us and helps with anything you need. The people at the Hairdressers and Spa are lovely and provide a great service. One year I got lashes and nails at the hotel and they were excellent. My only gripe is sometimes the noise from other guests I feel like the hotel should put up a sign about being quiet when going back at nights. Had to ask rooms either side this week to stop their kids running up and down the hall after midnight. The other room we’re out on their balcony scraping chairs around and laughing till after 1.30am
