We've been back in the UK about a week now. I think the only real complaints is about the people not the hotel or facilities. The English tend to queue up for everything and I would say for the most part abit more polite generally speaking so when it gets to meal times it can be abit of a free for all which can leave you thinking there was an element of rudeness but I don't actually think that's the case. When you go shopping anywhere, the price is not the price, you can haggle over everything. Shopkeepers are salesmen, it comes across at first as pushy but it's really not, it's a back and forth game.

Once you get over that initial monitor cultural class you will have a great time. The food takes some adjustment as would any country you are visiting.

The hotel itself, I can't fault. Given the size of it there is always going to be some kind of maintenance or repair going on somewhere and the staff and management were always extremely quick to resolve anything and everything. There are cats that appear occasionally, which my kids loved and wouldn't leave alone, and contrary to some of the comments are nowhere near the food prep. The staff were always fast and efficient, and always friendly.

Some staff you could see when they weren't in front of a guest were tired and worn out (it was close to 40degrees when we were there), but as soon as a guest appeared they were super friendly and accommodated all requests. They are all juggling 5 or 6 languages aswell so in my opinion are doing great.

In particular two of the bar staff, Adrian and Selva, we're just brilliant. Fast and efficient, always friendly, I don't know what they're being paid but they should probably get a raise.

The lifeguards were on point too which having 3 young kids put me at ease alot. They aren't strict, they understand people are having fun, but they don't let anyone do anything dangerous or don't let anyone disrupt other guests.

The cleaners are great too. It's always an underappreciated role, but from general clean up around the pool area to cleaning and making up the rooms daily they were very fast and always to a high standard.

I'd give people a heads up about the 'bolshiness' of some of the other guests and nationalities and how the meal times can be abit manic sometimes at peak times, but other than that I would highly recommend and have been speaking highly of the hotel and it's staff. I would happily come back tostay again. I spoke to guests from other hotels nearby and they weren't very happy with their stats there. I felt safe with my young kids around and felt very well looked after.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel on a whole with a fantastic view of the mountains. Unlimited food and drinks with ice cream! The hotel is incredibly clean on a whole. The staff and helpers are incredibly kind and patient, there's no need to worry about stressing over where to go or what to do. The music that echoes through the main floors is always relaxing and incredibly nice during the night. The pools are moderately clear and there is always space.

Arrived today given a musty room then moved to another musty rundown room the bed is so hard that when I took the covers off it was so badly stained from body fluids. The rooms are not like advertised the bathrooms are dated and grubby the flooring in the rooms is laminate that is ingressed with water and the joints are swelling that was the same in 3 rooms. The corridors are dirty with stained carpets and smell. The staff seem friendly but obviously there's a language barrier. The walls are paper thin you can hear next doors children crying. It's on a main road so you can hear traffic and police sirens all the time. I'm sure tommorow will be a better experience hopefully they can find a mattress topper. We booked it 5 months ago. After 3 days if you can get anywhere near the food before it runs out then to see piles of plates of food not eaten as its disgusting food reheated or under cooked don't waste your money on a holiday that should be a 5 star I've stayed in far better Turkish taverners. It's run down and in desperate need of revamping and new catering staff. Not in anyway set up for brits. One thing they know how to recycle food

Today is our last day here. Have already done a review on trip advisor but can't add to it.
The staff here are polite and very efficient. The guest relation man Baran goes far and beyond to make sure your needs are listened to and helps in every way possible . I unfortunately became poorly a few nights in and he came and triaged the situation before calling for an ambulance 🚑. He is available from afternoon till midnight .
The poolside attendant bahattin well what can I say. He is the most politest person you will come across, he is cleaning and tidying after you for the whole of shift , please give him a little tip before you leave . He really deserves it
If your looking for a relaxing holiday with very very shops then here is your place . It's very beautiful. The beach is on the doorstep, bus to wherever you want to go is literally outside the back gate. Taxis we found were very expensive . A 5 minute or 30 minutes bus ride was €2 and the taxi was up to €30.
The entertainment is a little slow during the day ( still very early in season ).but there always around . The food is good , there is variety for everyone . Breakfast lunch dinner snack bar. Patisserie bar, ice cream bar . Has an on-site shop with essentials . There is a Hotel Dog 🐕 called Madi. She's beautiful and very friendly. She wonders round the hotel all day . Never begs for food nor attention but will happily stand there for a stroke. Also a few cats but again never beg for food. Never jump on tables they hang out on the wall but don't see them as much as you would think you would. There is a well-being centre in the basement. The lady there is very forth coming. She finds it hard to accept the word no, and wants full payment as soon as you make a reservation. Across the road at the beach there is also another pool where you can stay for the day as well as the beach bar and snack bar which is open 12 to 4. They serve burgers chips nuggets ect if you don't want the hotel lunch. Also from midnight to 2am they have midnight snack which is a very small selection. Toasties and drinks .
The main pool has slides which are on twice a day which is an hour each time . Maybe this will change when the hotel gets more busy. Always a life guard round the pool and at the beach .
If you have chance I would recommend going down the stips and hiring tuk tuks . €10 for an hour currently but the best hour of your time.
There's also a market in Kemer on a Thursday from 8 to 3. It's by the marina about 10 minutes walk from the bus station.
We have had a fantastic 10 days and will definitely be returning.

Am Grace Nazziwa, I had a great time at grand ring hotel. The food and drinks were awesome. The stuff were friendly. Rooms were good, and clean. The Guy who helped us was great (Sulaiman ) it was a nice experience 👍

Situated just a fifteen-minute drive from the popular seaside resort of Kemer and less than an hour outside of bustling Antalya, this modern resort hotel is backed by the pine-shrouded Taurus Mountains and the turquoise blue of the Mediterranean Sea. The beach is only a short stroll away, and the hotel offers a wide range of facilities and services for a spectacular holiday experience. Guests might dine on Turkish or international cuisines in the restaurant, relax in the spa complete with fitness centre, Turkish bath, two saunas and a steam bath, or simply lounge in the sun by one of two expansive outdoor pools with a drink from the pool bar while children play on the water slides. The games room offers bowling, billiards and table tennis in addition to video games, and the hotel features its own entertainment programme for children and adults.
