I stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are very clean and AC works wonderfully. Service is extremely quick, cleaning ladies are so sweet. Location is great, sea is literally across the road; the beach is fantastic. Food was also delicious! I was impressed with the variety and the taste. There is a huge car park near by, so no troubles with parking.
Some things to consider:
*during the dinner drinks are extra (e.g. orange juice was 140try).
*there are no lounge chairs that belong to the hotel by the sea. You must rent those extra.
*cocktails are questionable.
*you must bring your own beach towel.
*there is no sea view if you're on the 2nd floor (even if the hotel claimed your room has "sea view").

A lovely stay with family and friends. Room very clean. Food excellent (would recommend highlighting allergens though as nothing is labelled - nuts on lots of things so be careful). Good proximity to beach and main town

During our stay, we accidentally left our only key card in the room while rushing to an 8am tour. When we returned, we could not find the card where we had left it. We explained this to the hotel staff, acknowledging that ideally we should have taken the card with us, but we were in a rush.

The staff member I spoke to rudely insisted that I first find the original card before he would issue another, even though I explained we had only been given one. We thoroughly checked the room and our bags but still couldn’t find it. It was a very hot day, the AC was off, and my mother was feeling extremely unwell after eating dinner at the hotel the previous day.

When I went downstairs, another staff member was actually willing to give me a new card, but the original staff member spoke to him in Turkish and insisted that I pay the £8 fee (455 lira). I wasn’t bothered to argue any further, as my mother’s health and our comfort during the last few hours of our holiday were more important.

I have never experienced this kind of treatment at any other hotel I’ve stayed in. This was unnecessary, unfair, and left us with a very negative final impression. I would not recommend this hotel.

Good and clean hotel situated in the center. Beach about a 3 minute walk and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Rooms are tidy and cleaning personell very helpful. Breakfast and dinner offer enough variety. Being a 'small' hotel I missed the warmth from the personell. Like saying hello or goodbye for instance. Or asking if everything is ok. Something that I had experienced with other, even bigger hotels. Just that bit of extra... but apart from that I would recommend. The hotel cat, as seen in the picture, was a plus 😊

I would say the location is best and perfect for all the things that you could do in Alanya. The hotel staff is helpful, service focused and respectful. The food was satisfactory and there was a Turkish night concept we loved it. The room is neat and found clean. The pool area is just enough though we have enjoyed the beach easily accessible. Overall its a peaceful hotel no chaos feels easy.

We stayed a week in the hotel. The location is nice, right next to the beach, close to the center. The room was nice and clean with an amazing view of the sea. The staff was nice and friendly.
Food was ok, not bad but nothing special. There were no labels next to the food, so you didn’t really know what you were getting and also there are no drink offered at dinner, not even water.
Also there is a bar with live music just behind the hotel so if you want peace and quiet at night I would consider another hotel.
