This "hotel" is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in reality it doesn't even come close to minus four. We booked a room based on the beautiful photos and promises on the website: clean, cozy rooms, a working SPA and a swimming pool. The reality turned out to be the exact opposite.

The rooms are in terrible condition: dirty bed linen, a persistent smell of mold and dampness, exposed wiring, which is actually dangerous, and a leaking ceiling. It seems that cleaning is simply not carried out here. There is no talk of comfort and safety at all.
The SPA and swimming pool, which are indicated as operating, do not function at all. The staff only shrugs their shoulders and says that "everything is under renovation", although there were no warnings about this when booking.

The hotel is openly misleading, creating a beautiful picture on the website, behind which lies complete chaos. If you do not want to ruin your vacation, avoid this place.
We could not stay even for the night, we changed the hotel immediately.  We are now expecting a refund, but for some reason there are doubts that this will be possible.

Good location, close to the airport. The hotel is quite worn off. Internet does  not work. No hair dryer. The price compensates the drawbacks.

Anyone who, like me, believes the 5-star reviews are fake should report them!
The hotel is a complete disaster. The staff harass you and make you feel uncomfortable or unsafe. The hotel is dirty, the breakfast is disgusting and unhygienic. The pictures are old and do not reflect the hotel in any way. The hundreds of 1-star reviews reflect reality.

Worst hotel experience. Even for one night it was a horrible night. Pool area was dirty, beach advertising is false. There is no beach nearby. No self service breakfast available. Respect your self and keep distance from this place

Airconditioner was not working properly - we were sweating due to extreme weather condition
Showers were moulding
Rooms/ towels were not clean
There was no spa or sauna as advertised not working
Pool was very dirty- not as advertised
There is no mini fridge as advised
Putting a deposit to reserve the rooms was very difficult
Reception was not helpful
Breakfast was not great.

Grand Niki Hotel & SPA is a 4 star luxury hotel with comfortable double or triple rooms. It is located near the Airport and many other useful places such as famous restaurants or shopping centers and has its own SPA center. Also we have our own restaurant in which we serve variety of meals including delicious breakfast.
