Things To Keep In Mind

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was okay, but in one of the bathrooms it smelled of sewage. They change your towels daily which is nice but on the other hand, the cleaning staff is not very good at their job. They did make up the beds very nicely which was a very nice surprise.
The spa part of the hotel was pretty disgusting. The showers smelled badly and were dirty. The toilet was clogged and I had to see someone’s excrements floating around there. One of the saunas wasn’t working the whole time we were there. The massages that are offered there are not done by professionals I think because they were okay but not at the level they should be.
They did have a wide variety of foods but I mostly didn’t like the food (but this is definitely a matter of taste). I did love that they had a great variety of greens and salads that were fresh and seemed to be of good quality. Coffee was also terrible. Bottled water was always easily available which was very nice.
The hotel is filled with mostly Russians.. (did have some Ukrainians and Germans as well though :))
The staff was friendly and helpful but we just couldn’t get over the fact how dirty everything was… :/

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing family holiday!

I read a lot of mixed reviews before booking, but honestly, we had an amazing time here! Everything was clean, our room was spacious and cleaned every day, and we always had fresh towels.

The staff were super friendly and helpful — everyone we talked to spoke English. They were so lovely with our little daughter, always joking and playing with her, which really made her day. 💕

The food was great and there’s a huge variety! Freshly baked flatbreads, gyros, grilled meats, salads, desserts — and at the beach bar you can even make your own burger just the way you like it (I made one myself and had to take a photo 😄🍔).
You can always find something to eat or drink — from fries and snacks to cocktails, beer, and soft drinks — there’s truly something for everyone, any time of the day!

The beach is pebbly but beautiful, the sea is super clean, and the location of the hotel is perfect — everything is close by. Maybe the toilets on the beach could be a bit better, but honestly, for this price and all the services, that’s a small thing.

We’ve been to more expensive hotels before (even Hilton), but for the price, this one is an absolute winner! Great food, friendly people, and a perfect place for families. We’d definitely come back! 🌞🏖️

Unfortunately in the hotel the staff hardly speak English so the communication wasn't easy and the reception team wasn't happy.
In the bathroom had a sewer smell. We had 2 different room on the C block on the ground floor and both room had the same sewer smell.

Personally I didn't really like the food but my husband said it was ok.
The Pools are not heated and in October was the water 🌡 temperature feels 🧊 ice cold. Even the pool inside.
I did try the 💆‍♀️ massage that was amazing.
Everything evening they havea  live show until midnight or 1pm so you won't sleep before because its noisy. 🤪
The nature around is beautiful.  On the sea-side what is 4mins 🚶‍♀️ walk from the hotel they have they own bar and free of charge sunbeds. The sea side has a very little stones,not sandy but it's didn't bother us.
Losts of opportunity to book a day tour for reasonable price and lots of water sport.

The girl at the reception greeted us warmly and with a smile🥰The hotel is not very far from the sea, about a 5-minute walk. Our room was cleaned well, everything was tidy, and my husband and I were satisfied. Food is not the most important thing for us on vacation, so everything was fine in that regard, we definitely didn’t go hungry. The price/quality ratio is exactly as expected💯

Fake 5 stars and very limited “all inclusive”:
•	On arrival, there was no presentation of the hotel: we were given our room cards and sent to our room, that’s it. We had to ask for explanations: how the hotel works, kids’ club, sports, restaurant hours, where to get pool towels… and we later realized that explanations were not given to French guests!
•	The place is very dirty: public toilets, swimming pools are filthy (black grime on the pool edges that sticks under children’s nails).
•	The food is acceptable but nowhere near 5-star level, everything is limited and controlled. Three out of four of us got sick on the first day after eating a cauliflower gratin (diarrhea…). Water is served once during meals, not always cold, and if you ask for more, they send you to a local non-mineral water fountain… It’s outrageous that beer and sodas are unlimited but water is restricted. Same at the beach: no water served, only sodas. Ice cream at the beach is extra… Also, there’s a serious lack of dishes during meals: you have to wait until they wash them to get a bowl or a spoon.
•	The gym equipment is rusty and doesn’t work.
•	Activities are extremely limited: darts, aquagym, and water polo. No ball games like volleyball or football on the beach. No fitness sessions. The hotel is small and lacks space. Sports areas could easily be set up on the beach.
•	Show times are very late: mini disco at 9 pm then the show at 10:30 pm.
•	The rooms are noisy because the speakers are right by the pool in front of non-soundproof windows, so it’s noisy at night and even during nap time…
•	The value for money is terrible. Very expensive hotel, we were expecting quality services but were very disappointed.

If you have a choice, avoid this place. It’s very rare that I leave reviews, but this hotel really deserves a proper sanitary inspection.

I had a wonderful holiday at Grand Miramor Resort. The hotel is clean, well-organized, and has great facilities. The room was comfortable and always well maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The food was plentiful and varied, with something new and delicious every day.

The pool and the beach were very enjoyable, with enough space for everyone and a relaxing atmosphere. The animation team made the stay even more fun, especially Roman, who was full of energy, positive vibes, and always made sure everyone was having a great time. The evening activities and shows were really entertaining.

I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant vacation in Antalya.
