Our stay was truly pleasant! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, everyone from the reception to the restaurant team was exceptionally friendly and professional. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, and the quality of the food was good. We also loved the beach. It was clean, relaxing, and well-maintained.

The hotel is new, which adds to the overall experience; everything is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Our room had everything we needed, all in the right place, and was very comfortable.

As a beach person, I spent most of my time by the sea and didn’t use the pool, spa, or gym, so I can’t comment on those.

The only suggestion I’d make is to have towels available directly at the beach instead of collecting them from the spa, and it would be great to have longer towels that fully cover the sunbeds.

Other than that, everything was perfect. Definitely a great value for money. We’d be happy to return!

Granada Red Hotel (Adults Only)

It is indeed a beautiful hotel, and the waiters do their job well, but when it comes to management, rooms, and accommodation, everything is very bad.

We arrived at 6 in the morning, and they only gave us the room at 1 PM. However, when it was time to leave, they kicked us out of the room at 12 PM, even though our transport to the airport was only at 10 PM that evening.

We were not allowed to sit on the sofas, and at one point, we weren’t even allowed to have a drink, just because we had already checked out. But we paid for 6 nights and 7 days.

We had an unpleasant experience, and I do not recommend this hotel.

On top of that, the beach is very small, there are huge stones, and I cut my foot twice in the water. We even wanted to keep our room until 9 PM, but they charge €10 per hour, which would have cost us €90 from 12 PM to 9 PM — way too expensive.

I understand that they want to make money from tourists, but this is simply not acceptable.

Also, the beach has no pier, the beach bars only open at 10 AM and close at 5 PM, even though people stay at the beach until 8 PM. It doesn’t make sense to close the bar so early.

I do not recommend this hotel at all

We chose Granada Luxury Red for our vacation, attracted by its modern look and the promise of a 5-star experience. While the hotel is indeed new and visually appealing, the overall stay was disappointing due to several major issues.

Major drawbacks:
•	The food was very limited in quantity and heavily Turkish in style. Those who don’t enjoy Turkish cuisine won’t find many alternatives.
•	The beach is full of stones, which caused bruises on our legs. It’s not comfortable at all for walking or relaxing.
•	The drinks were poorly made and of low quality. Used cups and bottles were simply thrown into the sand right next to the lounge areas—completely unacceptable and unhygienic.
•	The staff behaved more like guests than employees—smoking and drinking openly. On our last day, they were particularly rude and unprofessional.

-The bars open late and close early, which is very inconvenient for guests who want to enjoy drinks throughout the day or in the evening.

•	After our check-out at noon, we were not allowed to rest on the lobby sofas, even though our flight was late in the evening (10 PM). This showed a total lack of hospitality and understanding.In the last day they dindn’t let us use the bar station just coffe and tea.
And also we found hair in the food.

Although the hotel looks great on the outside, the service quality doesn’t reflect a true 5-star experience. Unprofessional behavior from staff, poor food and drink standards, and lack of basic respect for guests made this stay far from relaxing. Sadly, Granada Luxury Red does not deserve its 5-star rating, and we would not recommend it to those looking for a comfortable, well-managed holiday.

First of all, we would like to thank the founder of the hotel, Haci Osman Üçdan, for creating such a wonderful adults-only hotel. On the very first day we arrived, even though it was late at night, we were warmly welcomed at the hotel gate by bellboy Mehmet and the receptionist, who gave us a fantastic room.

The room amenities are excellent, especially because of the jacuzzi located right in the room. The hotel has a total of 6 floors dedicated to guest rooms, and 3 additional floors that include the lobby, restaurant, and the lowest floor reserved for the spa & wellness area, fitness center, and Rojo Club, which is open 24/7.

As for the food, there is a huge selection of high-quality dishes served buffet-style. Everyone can find something they enjoy here — we were never left hungry. During the day, the outdoor snack bar is also open.

By the beach, there’s also a pool bar with a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, so again, there’s something for everyone. In the hotel lobby, there is another bar and a café with a patisserie, offering a wide variety of delicious desserts and various coffees. Every day there’s a different selection of cakes.

By the pool, there’s a DJ who creates a pleasant atmosphere, and there are different activities by the pool every day as well. In the evening, there’s always a party prepared, which is great for the nightlife.

In one word — an unforgettable experience in an amazing hotel that has no competition.

In the following lines, we would like to thank some people who made our stay more enjoyable with their presence. First, we want to mention Meryem, who greeted us every day with a smile on her face and always did her best to make sure everything was perfect.

We would also like to thank the guest relations manager Yuksel, who fulfilled our every wish. 👌

Our thanks also go to the smiling waitstaff Tüdanya, Ruse, Sinan, Ayse, and Harun, who served us with professionalism and excellent manners toward guests – his approach truly deserves great recognition.

A big thank-you goes to the restaurant manager Eda, who ran the restaurant flawlessly, and together with Eda, we must mention the restaurant captain Alican, who was simply perfect.

As for the best bartenders, for us it’s definitely our Casanova Ali Osman and the young up-and-coming bartender Mert. 👌😁

We also have to thank our housekeeper Hulya for the spotlessly clean sheets and daily comfort in our room.

Our final thanks go to the animators who ensured the best nightlife – Yunus and Nazim – who not only took care of our safety but also made sure we felt great and comfortable.

Absolutely stunning stay at Granada Luxury Belek – Red! 🌟
The resort is vibrant, luxurious, and full of energy. From the beautiful design to the excellent service, everything exceeded expectations. Great food, fun atmosphere, and perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Granada Red Hotel in Avsallar. The food was absolutely delicious, even though the selection became somewhat limited towards the end of the season, which is perfectly understandable.

A special highlight was the friendly and always helpful staff. Having German-speaking support available at all times made communication much easier. The entertainers Ece and Cihan, as well as the DJ, deserve special praise – their friendly attitude and dedication made our holiday even more enjoyable.

The ambiance inside the hotel is exceptionally well-maintained and inviting. A small downside was the condition of the beach, which unfortunately was littered. Improvement in this area would be highly appreciated.

The selection of drinks was excellent and left nothing to be desired. Overall, we can highly recommend the hotel and look forward to returning next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We spent a 7-day stay at Granada Luxury Red, and overall, the experience was pleasant, with a few minor aspects worth mentioning. We arrived at the hotel at 5 a.m., and although our room was not available at that time, the staff promptly gave us wristbands and access to all the hotel facilities. Even though the official check-in time was much later, the staff made every effort to accommodate us earlier, and by 10 a.m., we had our room.

The room was very clean and designed especially for couples. It features a jacuzzi directly in the room with a glass wall looking into the shower, making it less suitable for families or people who aren’t a couple. However, for couples, the setup is romantic and comfortable. Towels were changed daily, and the bed linen was replaced every few days. The room also comes with adjustable air conditioning, a Bluetooth speaker, and colorful ambient lighting, perfect for creating a relaxing atmosphere. The mini-bar is restocked daily with soft drinks and snacks, which is a nice touch. The bathroom is well-equipped with essentials, including a hairdryer.

In addition to the comfort of the room, the hotel facilities are diverse. The hotel has several bars, a buffet restaurant, a pastry shop, a gym, a spa, and a nightclub located on level -1. The restaurant offers a wide range of dishes, from meat, fish, and vegetables to traditional Turkish meals. The menu and desserts change daily, adding variety. We enjoyed seafood such as mussels, calamari, grilled dorado, and trout, as well as sushi. The drinks at the bar are excellent, and the bartender, Ali, stands out for his friendliness and professionalism.

Another highlight is the pool, where music plays daily, and waiters serve drinks directly. One day, the hotel organized a pool party, which was well-planned and fun. However, it’s worth mentioning that while the sea is very warm and great for swimming, the beach is rocky, which might be a minor inconvenience for some.

While the hotel has many facilities, it is quite small and lacks outdoor seating areas, except for by the pool or on the beach with sun loungers. This limits options for those who prefer a quiet outdoor spot. Additionally, the nightclub, located on level -1, can be disruptive for guests who go to bed early, as the music can be heard throughout the hotel until 2 a.m. While this wasn’t a major issue for me personally, I wouldn’t recommend it for guests who like to go to bed before 2:00 a.m., as the music plays until that time.

In conclusion, we had a very good experience at Granada Luxury Red, with attentive staff and modern facilities. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly, and the hotel staff is extremely polite and attentive, always concerned about the guests' well-being. I recommend this hotel especially to couples looking for a comfortable, modern, and well-equipped place for a relaxing vacation. However, those who prefer more peace and quiet or outdoor spaces might want to take these small downsides into consideration.
