Great hotel. Very clean, the staff are friendly and caring, and the food is varied and delicious. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The beach is clean and safe.
A bit annoying are the women who offer massages and shopping trips. Why do they have to insist every day?

We have stayed here several times, superb location with private beach area.

Stayed in this hotel for the first time from 28.07. to 04.08. and I had a great time. I can say I was surprised with service and the location of the hotel. Rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaning ladies were pleasant and always greeted us with smile, same as other people working there. Beach was not crowded as it is a private beach. People working on reception were always helpful. The hotel is also cat friendly, there were few cats in the restaurants chilling and I really liked it. I recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back again.

Everything was so good. Staff in hotel was really takeing good care of us. Rooms are clean and beds are soft. All in clusive.. food was delicious, drinks good. Every wedensday they have a live band. Beach is close and old city too.

Me and my family were treated well. The receptionists and staff made sure we felt good during our stay. I would say it's a very good place if you are looking for a rather quiet and discrete place to spend your holidays in Kemer.

Few weeks ago we have been at this hotel in Kemer.
I think overall it is 3/5 stars when we combine everything. I will list some pros and cons for the hotel, so you can make a choice for yourself.
We came from Bosnia, and all things considered this was a little above "budget friendly" option for us (2 people), but managable.
PROS:
Location: 5 *
The hotel is located very near the city centre, it is close to the Kemer park, then the walking area, night clubs, upside down house - everything is so close to you! (max 15 mins walk)
Staff: 5 *
We were very satisfied with the staff, they were very friendly, nice and always smiling.
Beach: 5 *
The hotel doesn't have a big beach but the beach is enough for it (in my opinion), it was the stone beach and the water was very clean), no big waves. Amazing.
Coffee machine: 5*
Best coffee machine I have ever seen, best coffee from the coffee maker in any hotel I have ever been to - LOVED IT.
Pools 4*
There is one inner pool and one outer, for inner pool there is always space but for outer, no sunbeds available, and it is usually in the shade
CONS:
Towels and places at the sunbeds: 1*
Beware - if you don't get up early, you will not have a place on the poolside or on the beach side. People get up very early and take up space on beach and by the pool by leaving some personal belongings on the sunbeds so if you get up a little bit late, no pool for you and maaaybe you'll be able to get a sunbed on the sunny portion of the beach.
Additional platform with sunbeds:
If you want on the platform, fee is 5€ per person, just an fyi.
Food 3*
It might be our personal opinion, but the food selection wasn't very good - sweets were good, salads were good, but the main courses and sides - not very good, very repetitive and not really tasty. When they have those specialised nights (turkish, mexican etc) - be prepared to only have one small portion of the main dish, because there usually isn't enough for everyone to get two.
Rooms: 2*
It might be our case, but the rooms weren't very clean.
Rooms are very small, closet is very small, safe deposit box is to be paid for extra (2€ per day) - and since they did have some bad comments regarding this issue, I was expecting a bit more of them in this area.
Sometimes we would get torn up towels and sheets, which no matter how the hotel looks like, should not be available in it.
Rooms don't get cleaned daily (honestly I didn't notice any special cleaning taking place), but sheets (if you want) anad towels get changed daily.

In my opinion, if I go back to Kemer, I would consider this hotel because of the price and the location, but if I had a bigger budget I would maybe opt out for another in the same area.
