Our stay at Hotel Alexandros was truly exceptional. Everything was perfect, just as it should be. The location is absolutely brilliant, and we were treated to a beautiful sea view right from our room.
The food deserves a special mention - it was so delicious that we are returning home with a few extra pounds :-)! It was simply impossible to resist. The hotel was spotless, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly throughout our stay.

However, the highlight of the experience was definitely the staff and the entire team. They are such wonderful, kind people who made us feel so welcome. We are leaving with a tear in our eye, already missing the place.

Thank you for everything!
Best wishes,
Helena and her parents

Great helpful staff, katarina especially! Lovely pool area and well kept gardens around it. Great food options. Offered an upgraded sea view room which really did have a panoramic sea view! Would stay again. Thank you

Honest review. On an arrival a very professional service the lady on the desk was very informative and clear with how the all inclusive worked. The food was varied over the 5 days we were there. Staff and bar staff were friendly but the quality of drinks wasn’t great. The photos of the good brands of alcohol were deceiving as all the drinks were knock off’s. The both pool table were basically unplayable as they have been abused over the years and not been maintained. We did have some horrific nights with coach loads of children who were extremely noisy and badly behaved we lost a lot of sleep which put us on edge. I did mention this to the receptionist but all I got was a sorry and they’re kids. Which isn’t the right thing to say as I don’t believe all children are badly behaved and should have been dealt with better. I wouldn’t have picked this hotel if I knew this previously. We had a sea view which was really beautiful sadly ruined by the noise. The pool was nice but very slippy which was hard to move around in the shallow end. Location wise it was difficult to get to the south end of the hotel as the roads were not walking friendly. As the for north side where the mouse island is that was easier to walk too. The wine at the hotel wasn’t nice at all really bad tasting but the mojitos were really nice we had those most of the holiday. Beer was average the staff didn’t want to make any cocktails which was disappointing. There was entertainment on some nights mostly dancing which sadly wasn’t our thing. Overall the hotel was standard for the stay but they cut a lot of corners. The two best things about the hotel was the staff were friendly and the food was consistent. We also rented a boat from excursion shop down the bottom of the road which was really good. The market shop was good but overpriced which is expected. I do believe there should of been some sort of security checking each floor for the hotels for noise as it was ridiculous. Cleaning staff looked extremely miserable. I think I’m being nice giving the experience 3 stars. Although you can see the staff were trying hard.

If you are looking for a chilled out resort to do nothing for a week or do excursions this is the place for you. In my opinion the hotel is not a 4☆ it is a 3☆ at most, but and its a big but the staff make it 4☆. Nothing they wouldn't do for you, cleaners in everyday, all areas well kept and clean. Food was good but more for the French I have a fussy eater of a child (adult) and she never starved. So definitely something for everyone. Bus links to the old town right on the doorstep and the hotel runs a free bus to Benitses beach daily. Would I return to the Golden Alexandros Hotel the answer is yes, met my every need for me to enjoy my holiday 😀.

The hotel is great! I really like it. The room is good, the A/C works and the view from the balcony is gorgeous! The bar in the lobby is great, the barman is super nice! I recommend coming!👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
