We spent a week at the hotel in July 2025. The rooms are well equipped, there was cleaning and fresh towels every day. There were lots of cats on the hotel terrace and in the nearby park, they were very friendly and cute. The food at the hotel was very varied and delicious every day. The staff always tried to make us feel good in every way. The service was fast, everyone was very kind and friendly to us. They deserve a lot of praise!!! The beach is very close, clean and a nice place to relax. We returned home to Hungary with very nice memories, we would go back for another vacation anytime. Thank you Hotel Gardenia!

4 star hotel with 5 star price,  3 star service and 2 star staff. No animation whatsoever, pool too small for the hotel size, rooms very cheap and basic, some staff is rude, not a smile at reception during check in at night, staff do not speak English (except the only nice lady who is reception manager). I was stuck at elevator between floors, light went off and I've been there in agony screaming for a while and alarms did not work, eventually it moved and I went to reception to warn the staff and was disregarded by staff who did not care, this could've been a very serious situation if I was stuck there for longer. Did stairs for the remainder of holiday. Horrible experience at this hotel. For this price could have went to much better. My room although had good views I could hear everything from outside (music and people talking on a busy street, windows are not double glazed). Only good thing is restaurant views and location across the beach.

Gardenia Hotel in Alanya truly exceeded all my expectations – I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

The location is just perfect: only a few steps away from the beach and also within walking distance of the city center, so you can enjoy both the sea and the local buzz without needing a car. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained — everything is clean, well-kept, and welcoming. You can really feel that they pay close attention to the little details and to the guests' comfort and needs.

One of the highlights for me was the food: every meal was delicious, fresh, and varied. And the fact that the restaurant is located on the 6th floor makes dining even more special — the view over the beach and the sea is absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset.

What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. They are not only professional and helpful, but also incredibly warm and friendly. Everyone was genuinely kind and approachable, and they truly went out of their way to make us feel at home. You never felt like "just another guest" — their attitude was personal, welcoming, and full of positive energy.

All in all, I had a fantastic time at Gardenia Hotel, and I would definitely return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Hotel staff is kind and helpful. Food is ok.
The most relevant adventage is location. Hotel is placed at the sea, close to main road through alanya, shops, cable car, damlatas cave and beautiful beach. You can easily get to the near hill and castle. I recommend going there to admire the sunset view. Very little parking space around the hotel (whole neighborhood is a bit stuffed with parked cars, but if you are smart, you will be able to find empty lot for Your Rental car). In short - we enjoyed our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Gardenia Hotel in Alanya! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the beautiful Kleopatra Beach and close to the city center. The view from the room was amazing, especially during sunset.

The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel staff were very kind and always ready to help. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options every day.

The pool area was also very nice, and there were plenty of sunbeds to relax on. I really enjoyed the calm and friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Gardenia Hotel to anyone visiting Alanya!
