Very bad Hotel ,  I had booked for a week. 2 adults and 2 children. They gave us a suite room. They gave 2 beds for 4 people. We had to sleep on the sofa. It was very difficult for us. We complained to the manager but it didn't help. The food is poor quality. Water is not served on the beach. The evenings are not fun. I will not go to this hotel again and I do not recommend it to you either.

Price /quality balance is top level. You get what you pay for . Average rooms with great panorama , very friendly staff and great location for all age guest.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure! The staff is incredibly kind, polite, and always helpful – you can really feel that guests are treated with great respect. The food is a true highlight – delicious, varied, and fresh, definitely some of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, cleaned daily to a high standard. I have absolutely no complaints – I would happily come back again!

Just back from the Fortuna Beach and it was a mixed bag . Location ,right at the beach is great . But not enough sunbeds at the beach so you end up using Tiki Beach Bar . Don't get me wrong Denil there was great always getting us good sunbeds at the front . All you really need to do is buy a couple of drinks and they are happy . Had some food as well and was very nice . Hotel rooms are good and housekeeping was superb ,the wee maids graft all day every day . Rooms are big enough and decent standard and very clean . Food was decent enough and always something you could have . The roast beef on Sunday was excellent so watch out for that . Pool is far too small for the Hotel and I need to be up at 4am to get a bed !! My biggest issue was the music . We had a room right up from were the Hotels entertainment was on and although it was off usually by about 12am it was really load . Big shout out to Arda , Mehmet and all the waiters ,all superb and nothing was ever too much hassle . The staff were  superb and can't praise them enough . Would I go back ,probably not , but that mainly due to pool size and the lack of beds at beach . Watch out for Cheeky Bugger for your boat trip as it's value for money on his trip . Picked up ,taken to your boat , out all day 10am till about 430pm and about 5 stops in various bays and one into Turunc .Also included was all soft drinks and a bit of dinner through in all for 20 quid ,superb value

On the 18th of April my parents come out for their holiday with 2 friends, throughout the week I heard nothing but good about the hotel from my parents, how the staff were friendly the food was amazing and how lovely the location of the hotel was. Sadly day 6 my mother had a brain haemorrhage while having lunch, from the moment this traumatic experience happened my father expressed  how efficient the staff were, how they acted instantly helping my mother at the worst time of her life comforted her and gave her the best chance due to their actions which my family will be forever greatful for.  Myself and my 3 siblings flew out to Turkey the following day to be with our mother when we arrived  we headed straight to Fortuna beach to see our father. The hotel done nothing but help us make sure we were ok offering us drinks cake, ordered my siblings food as it was very late done anything we needed even when we wasnt staying in that hotel. For the first few days of our stay from Friday to Monday we visited our father at the hotel where we were still treated in the same manner which was incredible. Every day my father has had all staff ask about my mum, ask if there’s any updates if there’s good news we have even been stopped by staff outside of the hotel too so they could ask about my mother showing their genuine concern. They have done nothing but help my father feel comfortable and settled while he goes through this nightmare like extending his stay without any hassle. Me and my sister joined my father on Monday at Fortuna beach and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel to stay at, it is very comforting knowing my dad is looked after so well and surrounded by people who genuinely care for the welfare of my mother. My father is looking at staying for atleast another 3 weeks at Fortuna beach and im happy he can do this, to feel comfortable and be surrounded by such amazing people. The staff have also changed the layout of the dining area from how it was when this happened, little actions like this show how thoughtful staff are due to probably not wanting my father to relive this day everytime he stepped foot into the area. It just shows what level of hospitality you are recieving at this hotel. It was very traumatic for the staff on this day but they done nothing but help my mother in the quickest way they could and without the resilience of the staff at Fortuna beach we could’ve lost my mother. We as a family are in awe to the staff at Fortuna beach and will never ever forget the incredible help generosity and genuine concern they have  for my mother. My father has 4 children who will be flying in and out of the country until our mother is well enough to come home and as we can not guarantee that there may be a day or so that my father could potentially be on his own this is not a worry in our mind as we know he is in safe hands with the fantastic staff at this hotel. As a family we thank all staff at Fortuna beach from the bottom of our hearts and we will never ever forget the things they have done for our mother/wife we could’ve been facing a different life if it wasn’t for them. we as a family would never be able to show enough gratitude to the staff for them doing what they done and are continuing to do we will forever be in the debt to your staff. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts.
