During our vacation in this hotel we felt wonderful. Every day we were greeted by a tidy and clean room because the maids vacuum and clean the rooms every day, clean towels and clean bedding. The hotel is very clean and tidy. We especially liked the breakfast because it was varied and tasty and everyone could find something for themselves. The beds are wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. 2 minutes walk to the beautiful Cala Major beach

We are a family of three and we’re only in town for 2 nights. The staff was really wonderful and the beach is a short walk so very convenient. I thought the hotel charged way too much but it was nice not outstanding. We had some issues w WiFi etc that were unusual and the staff was really wonderful in trying to resolve. The manager, Angela, is especially great w people and packed us a lovely breakfast for our early flight. Good stay, great staff, but not good value for the money. We stayed at 6 hotels on this trip in Spain and I do pricing for a living - should have been 3/4 the price. But def would return because of amazing staff.

Location is great, the stuff is very helpful and friendly, but the sound isolation in rooms are terrible. There are no carpets on the floors, so if your neighbours above will be wearing hills (and they will do it, believe me), you will hear this ear destroying sound click click click half of your night, waking up every time new drunk girls come back from the bar. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Dissapointed with this hotel. Only certain parts of the hotel been renovated like the rooms but the corridors are still left with old carpets (maybe from the 70s/80s) that smells. The paint on the exterior walls of the building including room balconies are peeling off. Some of the furniture are old like the mirror in the bathroom that the metal somehow stained the walls - although I do believe it’s actually mold from damp. There is no dressing table or table lamp in the room so very inconvenient to get ready and don’t your make up or hair. Parking is a nightmare unless you are willing to pay an extra €15 per night. Pool towers can only be changed every 3 days (very unhygienic) and most photos from the hotel’s website do not reflect the actual state of the hotel. The rooms are not soundproof so we had sleepless nights thanks to noise from rooms above and below us - truly awful and very upsetting especially when we have paid so much to stay here based on the hotels claim on their website. Won’t stay here again sadly.
