Good location next to the train station. Kind staff at reception, However, for a short city trip, Astoria may be a better option, as the walk to the center is longer than expected if you’re going back and forth throughout the day. The room was clean, but amenities were quite limited: no espresso machine, no slippers, only one towel (which felt insufficient for a tall guest), and no bathrobe. The double bed is a standard double rather than a queen-size bed, so pay attention to that when booking. One of the electrical outlets was also not working. Overall, I found the hotel somewhat overpriced for the level of comfort and amenities provided.

An absolutely wonderful stay at this upscale Eurostars hotel in May 2026! My appreciation goes to the awesome front-desk staff Carlos, Carolina and Sandra whose personalized and kind attention to guests, exemplary customer service skills and impeccable English language skills are outstanding. I also enjoyed meeting a member of the housekeeping team named Hanna who kept my room impeccably clean throughout my stay. Each of these staff members was charismatic, multilingual, knowledgeable and helpful, and treated me and other guests with genuine respect. I look forward to returning to this hotel on my next trip to Málaga. The hotel is located within a five-minute walk from Málaga María Zambrano Train Station and the main bus station, with several supermarkets and many restaurants and bars nearby. The location is perfect for both business visitors and tourists. The rooms are large, modern and very clean… some with great mountain views. Breakfast is quite nice and includes hot options, cold cuts, fruit and sweets. Definitely recommend.

A 5 minute walk from the train station, a 10 minute walk from the bus station and a 25 minute walk to the Cathedral. Bed was huge (big enough to hold a party), with the room also holding everything you could need, including a mini fridge. Great bathroom with a double shower. Breakfast was amazing with choices for everyone. No pressure to eat and run. Staff super friendly and very helpful. Quiet and very safe area despite being close to the station.

The service was very good, especially at reception, where Francisco provided a warm and welcoming experience. The room was clean and comfortable, although the amenities were somewhat limited for a four-star hotel. The location is convenient, being close to the main railway station, with easy access to the city centre by bus or metro, and also within a pleasant 15/20 minute walk.

The hotel is next to the train station. They have a private parking, 14€/day. Stuff was nice, helpful. But the noise from the room was something very bad!! I never hear so much noise from outside, was like windows didn’t exist… the room is fine, big bad. In the bathroom around shower is full of mold. Eurostar shoud do something with this hotel, bcs is t 4* and don’t respect Eurostar standards.
