We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were always kind and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was fresh with plenty of options every day, and the facilities were excellent. A special thank you to Mehmet for his kindness and attention—he really made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. We hope to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the all-inclusive service exceeded our expectations. The pool area and beach were beautiful, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. The entertainment was enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday and would happily stay here

We stayed at the hotel from July 25 to August 1, 2026, in room 3212. We were not accommodated in the main hotel building, but in one of the houses next to it. Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with our stay.

First, the motorway is located immediately next to the hotel, and the traffic noise is extremely loud. The windows do not seal properly, so it feels as if the traffic is right next to the bed. There is also very little space for walking outside the hotel, as the only available area is alongside the motorway.

Second, there is a mosque directly across the motorway from the hotel, and the muezzin's call to prayer can be heard every day at around 4:30 a.m. Due to the poor quality of the windows, the sound is extremely loud and feels as if it is coming from inside the room.

Third, the staff's lack of English is a major problem. We were unable to order food at the 24/7 restaurant because the waiter could not speak English at all, even though the menu was available in English.

Fourth, the man responsible for cleaning our room entered without knocking or asking whether he could come in. We complained to the manager, who told us that he would take action and inform us about the outcome. However, this never happened, and we received no further information.

Fifth, there is an unpleasant sewage smell between the main hotel building and the small houses.

Sixth, the same food is repeatedly served, and some kind of unpleasant seasoning is used in the meat, which made the food difficult for us to enjoy.

Seventh, at the end of our holiday, we completed the hotel survey and described some of the issues mentioned above. We were then asked to come and speak with the management. However, when we arrived, the manager who had taken over the afternoon shift had absolutely no idea what the issue was about. He seemed very confused and unprepared, and we had to explain and repeat everything all over again.

Overall, we are very disappointed with our experience. We expected a much higher standard of accommodation, service, communication, and guest care for a five star hotel.

We had a really great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. The food was excellent, with a great variety of cuisine options all freshly prepared.Special compliments to the chefs for the amazing food and quality throughout our stay.
There are several restaurants, bars, and even a pastry shop, so there’s always something to enjoy at any time.
What stood out the most for us was the staff. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Special thanks to the bartenders -especially Okkes, as well as the waiters and all team members who made the atmosphere so warm and enjoyable with their positive attitude and smiles.
The hotel also has big green areas that make the place feel calm and spacious.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would happily visit again.

We stayed at this hotel with our family from 09.06 to 16.06, and we think it is immaculate. Don't pay attention to any negative reviews. The staff speak English and are always helpful. A special thanks to Mehmet from Guest Relations, who was excellent and always ready to assist guests.

Our room was cleaned every day, and both the beach and pool areas were clean and spacious enough for everyone. The food was delicious. Our daughter has a food allergy and the kitchen team kindly prepared meals for her based on our recipe, for which we are very grateful.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
