The Hotel Es Port is located between Puerto de Soller and the village of Soller. A beautiful old tram line links the inland village of Soller to the coastal port-town of Puerto de Soller. Puerto de Soller is a quiet resort with a good selection of cafes, restaurants and traditional taverns. Soller is linked by the historic railway, the Ferrocarril de Soller, to the island’s capital Palma. The focus of the village is the impressive square Placa Constitucio, which is lined by cafés and has palm trees and a fountain at its centre. The valley in which Soller sits is famous for its orange orchards and thousand-year old orange terraces. The whole area provides stunning scenery; great for one of the guided walks you can arrange at the hotel or a bike ride.
