We spent 10 days at this hotel with my husband:
▪️ The hotel territory is cozy, beautiful and clean, it feels like you’re living in a park.
▪️ Our room was newly renovated as well, so we were really happy with it. The housekeeper cleaned the room every day, changed the bedding few times, and restocked the minibar daily.
▪️ The main restaurant offers a wide variety of food. Breakfasts were really good, while lunch and dinner were average. The restaurant’s outdoor terrace and indoor tables could be cleaner. Only in the second half of our stay I noticed tables being wiped with disinfectant; before that,  staff would simply shake the placemats onto the floor or onto chairs.
▪️ The pide and lahmacun at Kemer Grill&Bar were delicious.
▪️ The desserts at the patisserie were also good.
▪️ Bartender Alper made incredibly delicious cocktails – thank you and compliments for your professional work and friendliness! The staff at Olympos Bar were also genuinely friendly.
▪️ The reception staff were  helpful and fulfilled all of our requests. Our sincere thanks to them.
▪️ The pool and beach areas were well-maintained and beautiful, surrounded by mountains and the sea.
▪️ More than 80% of the hotel guests were Russian.......
▪️ Many staff members seemed unhappy and distant — sometimes even when we said “good morning” or “thank you,” they didn’t reply. However, an elderly man Mehmet who was sweeping the area always greeted us with a smile and wished us a pleasant evening :)
▪️ Two women working at the SPA reception were very unfriendly, but the staff member responsible for towels always greeted and saw us off with a smile.
▪️ The hotel’s main restaurant area and terrace really need renovation and refurbishment. The roof is in such poor condition that during heavy rain, water was leaking inside during lunch and dinner onto the furniture and the floor. Buckets and rags were placed to collect the water. The furniture and drink fridges are old and worn out. For example, in the beach bar one fridge leg was broken and propped up with a stone, and in the common areas there are rusty drink coolers. The SPA facilities also need renovation — there’s a strong smell of dampness, and the door frames are swollen and peeling due to moisture.

If these issues were renovated and updated, the hotel could truly offer a great vacation with an excellent price-to-quality ratio.

The hotel was nice overall, with a beautiful location and good food. The rooms were a bit old-fashioned but clean. However, every evening there was very loud music until midnight – both from a nearby karaoke bar and from parties at the hotel itself, though the hotel music was a bit more distant. It was quite hard to tolerate. I even left a comment about it during our stay. On the last day, the staff kindly offered to move us to another room and even spoke with the neighbors, which we truly appreciated. Since it was only for one more night, we decided not to change room. Because of the noise, I would not recommend this place for those looking for rest, but it might be ideal for guests who enjoy nightlife and a lively atmosphere.

I want to say a big thank you to the executive chef of Emelda Sun Club , Mr Mustafa Topal and his team for their understanding - my child has some dietary restrictions now, and they kindly agreed to prepare special dishes for him at our request, which was a great relief , and they were always there to take the order. As for other things - the sea and the beach are wonderful, the territory is very beautiful and green, the room was nice with a great view - so here you can find all you need for a perfect holiday!

Firstly would like to thank the guest relation team for their amazing amenity and for putting attention of what we needed and their gift and especially thanks to Miss Sukran from guest relation team to being friendly and helping us reserve alacarte restaurant .
Secondly the bar mans Mr. Alper , Yilmaz and Mehmet they were amazing . They made the best cocktails for us.
If we come back we will just come for them.
Now want to talk about negative things.
Firstly reception is not smiling at all when we asked for help they didnt even answer us. Im also reception at one of the 5 star hotels in Istanbul my job is guest satisfaction smiling and attracting the guest with my manner.
Food is really bad the quality was bad too.
Breakfast was same everyday.
Minibar was so cheap.
This things needs to improve other than this
was good holiday.

It's very beautiful hotel, especially the garden.
At day time you can eat in four diferent places: main restorant; fast food like piza, hamhurgers, hot dogs, chickend nagets, pasta is in 'Sun gastro street'; kumpir  (stuffed potato), waflles by the pool in 'Patisserie'; and 'Kemer grill & snack'. There are lot of sea food, cakes, ice creams. Coffee is realy wery good; at Starbucks they have coffee with oat milk.
But in evening... I wont say that there is not what to eat at dinner, but choise is not big. On the other hand, better less food than throwing away. Especially that food is delicious. I love baklava and here is a lot of types of it, every day different.
They have in the same restorant area beautiful place for kids.
The Stuff are helpful. Somewhere I found that they speaks  jus in russian, but thats not true. They spea also in english. Servise is quick, and areas are clean.
Here are tourist from Russia, Turkey, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, England.
Evening atractions is poor, moustly partys by the pool. Wi-fi is bad, you need to walk around catching it. But we got it in our room.

Not Worth the Money – Big Disappointment at Emelda Sun Club

We stayed at Emelda Sun Club and, unfortunately, we were very disappointed. For the amount of money they charge, we expected a much higher level of service and overall quality.

The rooms are old and badly need renovation. Ours had a constant unpleasant smell that didn’t go away even with ventilation. Cleaning was very superficial — when we arrived, the room was supposedly ready, but it was clearly not properly cleaned. The floors were dirty, there was dust on the furniture, and mold in the bathroom.

Even though the room was said to be cleaned before our arrival, it was far from clean. The service also left much to be desired — staff didn’t seem very motivated or friendly. Everything felt very mechanical, with no real hospitality.

The food was average at best. Very limited variety and questionable quality. For the same price, we’ve stayed at other hotels in Turkey that were far superior — in terms of comfort, cleanliness, food, and service.

And honestly, I don’t understand how people are giving this hotel five stars. It makes me think that maybe they’ve just never stayed at a truly good hotel before, and to them, this feels like something amazing. But if you have even a little travel experience, you’ll immediately notice the flaws.

Emelda Sun Club is definitely overpriced and does not live up to the expectations. The hotel needs serious improvements. I do not recommend it — there are much better options for the same price.
