We had a fantastic stay! Beautiful hotel with great staff, and they put on the best shows along the boulevard + I loved the piano man!!! The food is varied and tasty, though meals are served indoors only, so you can’t really enjoy the sunshine while dining.

The only downside is that by 9 a.m. all the loungers are already “reserved” with towels, which is a bit disappointing. The beach area plays loud club music, though the crowd itself is fine, just tourist. Turkey is definitely touristy, but the hotel and surrounding area are great.

(Since I’m not a big fan of crowded tourist spots, I often rented a scooter to explore off-road and discover more secluded places, including some unique snorkeling spots. That really added a special touch to my trip).

+ Cosy bedrooms, nice pools and excellent location.

- Hungry first two days due to the poor variety of food. Food quite repetitive and underwhelming. Evening shows started late at 10pm, only for an hour or so which was disappointing. I also wasn't impressed that women with their buttocks on display were dancing on stage for the entertainment. Extremely inappropriate and pretty revolting to be honest. Bath was chipped, and I also noticed rocky hand rails on the floor I was staying on. Not safe nor is it appealing to see. Not sure how they were registered as a 5* hotel.

2/5 for me. Won't be going back to this hotel.

This hotel is appalling.

NOT A 5 STAR!!!

Upon arrival to the destination there was no parking available (although the hotel specify on site parking) when I had asked the staff I was told to drive to a run down plot of land about a 5 minute walk away.

The building/rooms do not appear like the images. The smell was overwhelming. The whole place just felt unclean and run down.

Once i had found my own room, i noticed that the decor was severely outdated and even more unclean than the reception area. The bed linen was stained there was a liquid on the bed (not sure if this was a leak or a spill). All the furniture was dirty and looked as if it had been left outside in mud on a rainy day then air dried and placed back into the room. Not to mention the furniture being plastic garden decor. Insanity!! The bathroom was of the poorest standard. It was filthy, it smelt very bad and the toilet itself had been used as there were poo stains. There was what I can only imagine to be a used sanitary towel in the bin of the bedroom. All the cupboards were dusty like the place had been abandoned. I did not even want to breathe in this room, it made me sick to my stomach.

This was all seen at first glimpse. I did not stay long enough to take a thorough look around. With every turn came a new horror.  I went back to reception immediately and left the facility. I had to find alternative accommodation in the middle of the night as the hotel manager was unable to rectify my concerns. I was not given any kind of refund even though I spent no more than 30 minutes in what I assume to be a used abandoned rotten room reserved for guests when there is no other space available. I paid large sum of money for the week.  I was left devastated and quite frightened I did not even think to argue a refund I felt the need to walk away as quickly as possible.

This is not a 5 star hotel. It would barely pass as a 3 star.

Please note that all the glowing entries for reviews are from Turkish nationals who definitely do not use this hotel. I have spoken to many other hotels and business owners in the area about this and they all informed me that this hotel is a total scam.

I am now back in Great Britain, and I have been informed that I will not be getting a refund. How awful. Other than the staff at this hotel the people of Turkey are lovely. What a shame. This needs to be investigated further as it has completely put me off from travelling to Turkey again. I will definitely be filing a complaint with consumer arbitration board and the ministry of culture and tourism. I am a British woman who travels to many destinations across the globe and never have I ever been so disgusted. You have failed me.

This hotel will make you sick. It will make your skin crawl and it will ruin your entire holiday. I can go on about how unsettling this place is and how horrified you will be left but I’d rather just say do not book save yourself the distress.

The room was amazing, the food was the same, but I was there for 4 days and had no hot water. I called reception and they didn't give me any solution. There were 14 of us and more than half had the same problem. Then the music played until midnight, causing the windows to vibrate, and they don't respect the fact that people come to rest (and there was no show, just the music). If they're going to give you a room near the pool, don't accept it. I come every year and I don't plan on returning to this hotel.

We had some issues with our first room at the beginning of our stay, but fortunately we were able to change rooms without any problems. The air conditioning was not working well and the bathroom could use some renovation. However, the staff took good care of us throughout our stay, and we especially want to thank Tayfun for his great service and kindness.

Our Third Visit – Still Amazing!
My wife and I recently took a short trip back to the Elegance – our third time here – and what can I say? Just like our previous visits, it was absolutely amazing.
The staff are always so polite and helpful, and everything from the pools to the rooms is kept spotlessly clean. The snack bar is always fresh and well-stocked, which is a great touch. The restaurant as a good mix of food.
Overall, it’s been another wonderful holiday, and we’re already hoping to be back

For a five star hotel, my expectation was high. Our room was in a really but location, the phone line didn't work properly and we couldn't connect to WiFi for 24hrs. The adapters didn't work as well. We had to buy another one from there. The sauna and steam room was smelly. The food wasn't great. Oh be careful when travelling from airport to the hotel. Do not buy your excursion/entertainment tickets, they tend to push you to buy them, they don't take no for an answer and it's charged in pounds. I bought 3 and I only used 1. The massage and hammam baths  didn't meet my expectations so I didn't participate. The boat ride was okay. Oh by the way, I stayed here in April 2024, I didn't have time to review. Maybe things has changed.
