I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The highlight of my trip was definitely the animation/entertainment team – they were fantastic! Always full of energy, very friendly, and made sure there were plenty of activities for both adults and kids. They really created a fun and lively atmosphere throughout the day and evening, which made the stay much more enjoyable.

On the other hand, the rooms left a lot to be desired. They were quite basic, not very comfortable, and could definitely use some updating and better maintenance. Cleanliness was acceptable.

If you’re visiting mainly for the activities, entertainment, and a lively holiday vibe, this hotel is a great choice thanks to the amazing animation team. However, if you’re looking for comfort and high-quality rooms, you might be a little disappointed.

The animation is very good and the team in particular is very continuous and shows the very activities they offer. I don't think I've seen any other hotel before but I've heard it if I'm in their location I'm going crazy but they do a very good job and it's very good that they keep the kids very busy and enjoy everyone every day. I don't think they can ever make mistakes, you know what they do, music could be better other than that. Everything is perfect and good, so I'll give them five things for them and well done.

A hotel that I don't recommend to anyone. First of all, the room is very far, the floor is dirty with unpleasant smells, the refrigerator does not work, the hair dryer does not work. Second, the cleaners: They don't have a knock on the door, they enter the room directly, they fight among themselves in the hallway, they don't know how to talk to customers. Thirdly. They ask for money for services that have already been paid in advance. There is no Internet in the rooms, the pool and the restaurant, and it is very weak in the reception. Finally, the meals: a big greeting for the chefs and the waiter, delicious food

I have just returned from a 5 night stay with my family of 8 people ranging from a child of 17 months up to an adult of 79 years old . The hotel has a lot of potential but it is dirty.  The 4 bedrooms we had were all dirty, sheets and bedding looked tired and the furniture is badly stained from previous clients . They all need a deep clean and maintenance . My room had a large amount of human poo on the wall when I arrived of which I reported and was then cleaned. The toilets within the hotel were really poor with no soap available during my 5 day stay . The toilet brushes were horrendous and clearly very old and I reused to use them after day 1. There is so much potential for this hotel it needs a strong manager to pull it all back together . It advertised that the hotel has air conditioning in the rooms apparently they turn it off on the 1st October even though it was just 30 degrees every day of my stay . Fridges have also been removed from the rooms and your rooms do not get cleaned each day .

I went to El Mouradi Skanes in July and I had an amazing time. My stay at El Mouradi Skanes was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with efficiency. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were actively trying to answer all my questions about local attractions and amenities. The room was clean and well-appointed with air conditioning.
The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a diverse menu.. I also enjoyed the activity team, which were well-equipped and very good at their job. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the beach which was less than a minute away. Overall, El Mouradi Skanes provided an exceptional experience.

One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. Each member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Their friendly demeanour and willingness to assist made a significant difference in the quality of my stay.

Special Mentions for Staff:

Dhieb: This man is an outstanding member of their team and treated me and my family with nothing but respect and joy. The hospitality from this man was incredible and he was constantly on top of his job, doing everything he can. Hopefully if I return to El Mouradi Skanes I can see Dhieb again.

Aziz: He was brilliant doing rounds around the pool, serving the people and also being an excellent barman. He could make a large array of drinks and my favourite was when he made me a Shirley temple. Aziz is another member of the team which also makes me want to return.

I would love to know if they are still there working now.

Great Stay in October!

I stayed at this hotel with my partner in October, and we were both very happy with our stay. The hotel is a bit older, and some rooms could use a little renovation, but our room had everything we needed. The cleaning ladies were very kind and cleaned the room every day.

The main restaurant isn’t very big, but there’s something for everyone. A huge plus for the freshly baked croissants and rolls every morning – they were delicious! The restaurant staff were extremely friendly, and the service was very quick. They really do their best, even though some guests unfortunately leave quite a mess behind.

There are two swimming pools – one main pool and another quieter one – both very clean, with lifeguards always nearby. The small hotel beach is lovely, and the sea was clean and warm. The local sellers around the beach were not pushy, which we really appreciated.

Big respect to the staff who take care of the hotel grounds – everything is neat and beautifully maintained, with trimmed trees and palms everywhere. Yes, some of the carpets are old and might need replacing, but overall, I see far more positives than negatives, especially for a 4-star hotel.

And last but not least – the friendly and well-cared-for cats around the property made the place feel even more charming! 🐾

Well... The receptionists were good and really helpful, the rooms were not good and not too bad, like just acceptable, and for the food, that's one of the best things here at this hotel bcz the quality of the food is great and delicious. And as the last thing to mention is about the animators...
The animators were generous, caring, joyful. They really are wonderful people.
And as a vacation thing... I'd love to comeback again to this hotel, bcz I loved the experience. And better be with less Algerians 😂 (even tho I am Algerian myself 😂)
