Things To Keep In Mind

The staff at this hotel are lovely and friendly, really helpful with sorting trips etc out. Some of the hotel needs a little tweak with paint, but honestly it's a lovely place to come visit. Plenty of food options at all times, the drinks on offer are also lovely, local wine, beers and spirits are tasty.
We met some great servers who made us feel welcome and part of the team all week, which was lovely.
The hotel was a 15-20 walk to the beach, a 5 mins walk from the local Medina and so the location is great. The pool area is well equipped with sunbeds and the spa is just divine and worth a visit.
Have to mention the entertainment team, really friendly and engaging, even off season when it's quieter.
Would love to return again and hope to one day.

A hotel barely meeting 3-star standards! A very basic condition, not to say outdated.

Clean room but with minimal equipment.

Very limited dining service with very modest food and little choice — no traditional dishes! The grilled items are not varied.

The reception staff listens, but it's just bluff.

And on top of that, the prices are expensive.

In short! Second and last time.

Fantastic Stay at Eden Yasmin Resort & Spa! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**

I had an amazing time at **Eden Yasmin Resort & Spa**! The food was **delicious** with a great variety, and the **service was excellent**—friendly, warm, and always with a smile. The staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The **pool was fantastic**, clean, and perfect for relaxation. Our kids loved the **Kids Club**, and the **animation team was outstanding**—they organized fun activities for both children and adults.

The hotel has a **cozy, intimate atmosphere**, which we really enjoyed. There were also **plenty of excursions and attractions** available, so we never got bored. The **spa was a great addition**, offering relaxing treatments.

Highly recommend this resort for families and couples looking for a peaceful yet entertaining getaway!

If you are looking for peace and quiet, do NOT go here. The animation team will not leave you alone. 11 pm the waterpolo started, they asked everyone and when you declined for a third time, they started to judge you and call you lazy. During the waterpolo the pool was limited. You could only swim among the children. (And there were many, many children.) The music was also too loud (and not good). If your seat is near the waterpolo, be sure to get a ball in your face while you're "relaxing". After the waterpolo, aquaqym started. They took over the entire pool for an hour. And after lunch, again waterpolo. We could only relax after 11pm and when we left the hotel to go for a walk (if you can ignore the pushy salesman on the street). And the animation at night was terrible. They did very weird things and the music was so loud you could not talk to each other if you were outside. The spa was ok and very cheap.
If you're a couple without children and want some quality time, keep looking for another hotel.

What a Lovely and cheerful staff ! The ambiance is amazing and the food is sooo yummy and various.

I do not recommend this hotel for holidays or even short stays. I wonder if the positive reviews are genuine. Starting with the first night I spent at this hotel, when I woke up in the morning and went into the bathroom, it was full of ants. They were everywhere. We asked for a different room and luckily they changed it. The whole hotel is terribly dirty. The food is a disaster, old, clearly reheated from several days ago because it's so dry. We had booked a 7-day stay but only stayed for 4 because it's impossible to relax there. We ate out. The kids' club is a failure, there were ants everywhere too. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Never.

I LOVED staying at this hotel. We got the all inclusive package and it was great from start to finish we were met with constant politeness and professionalism from the start.

I had done a lot of research about where to stay prior and I read all reviews before picking this hotel and I’m so glad I didn’t listen to half the negative ones.

The room was average but well sized and a great pool view.

The buffet food on site was great, with lots of freshly cooked options and even the option of the BBQ food as well. I am gluten free and even though no one fully understood what that was they gave me plain cooked meat each day without any sauces on to avoid any allergens for me.

All inclusive drinks included all drinks and was amazing, constantly great service.

Entertainment staff are lovely and make you feel very welcome.

We went end of July it was busy but not ridiculous, plenty of sun beds, good breeze and a lovely pool. Lots of little games around the hotel area. They provide you with information on excursions and they also have a spa and shisha cafe.

I previously saw a few complaints about the fact that the hotel is also an “old people’s home” it has hardly been noticeable and has not in any way affected my holiday. There has been the odd elderly
Person being wheeled around in a wheel chair and that’s about it. I think it’s very extreme that people have complained about it in the past. Also if you are looking for a relaxed holiday then this is defiantly the place.

Location is great, RIGHT NEXT to the medina,
Literally.

My only downside was the late night music which plays very loudly until 2am, do being ear plugs with you if you want uninterrupted sleep!

Also as two single females from London travelling here we felt safe and welcome from the start. The knits staff gave us tips and warned us about local bribers etc and how to deal with them which was amazing
